I placed an order online and paid by…
I placed an order online and paid by PayPal. When I returned the item to the shop for a refund I was told they couldn’t refund me as items paid by PayPal had to be returned by post! Fatface is the only store I know that do this, so I wasn’t very happy as now I have no idea when I will receive my refund. This should be made a lot clearer on checking out.

Thank you for your review. I can understand your frustration about our return process for PayPal returns and whilst we do outline the PayPal returns specifically in our FAQ's online, we are working on making this more visible.
Once you have posted your return, you can email us a picture of your proof of postage to customerservices@fatface.com and we can look at getting your refund processed ASAP.

FatFace in Farnham my first visit and an awesome team there. Lovely and friendly from the moment I stepped in (after lock down and not liking shopping anyways) felt really at ease and the team were on hand for advice and any lil queries. Highly recommend

Lovely staff very polite and friendly..I returned an item which was not suitable and there was no questions, some places make you feel awkward when returning but the young lady was very nice, I then purchased some jewellery they have a great selection of jewellery always find something nice in here.

Brilliant customer service in a small store.
The customer service is brilliant, the people working in the store are polite, friendly and helpful. It's a small store with a limited range so, most of my purchases are made online. FatFace sizing seems to be all over the place at the moment. I used to be a size 10 now sometimes I am an 8 or a 6! Therefore I use the store mainly to return items.
