Amazing service
Was shopping in your Hayward’s Heath store and witnessed a lovely member of staff giving great customer service to a chap who was really struggling to find a pair of trousers that fit,she was very natural, attentive and was determined to find him something. It’s very refreshing to see a member of staff that genuinely care. I believe her name was Clare.

I enjoy visiting the Haywards Heath store. The ladies are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, my size wasn’t on the shop floor but the member staff found me one from the stockroom. Excellent service

Board shorts
Wanted to buy women's board shorts to use for swimming but not available in smaller stores. Internet was required and ordered them successfully, arriving very quickly.
They work very well for me with a pleasant pattern, sea floral, in contrast to mens, often bolder and more hefty styles.

All good - efficient service and good quality clothes. Sadly two items didn't suit me and the third item I couldn't justify spending that much money on unfortunately. Fat Face are great though! Returns were efficiently processed and staff were lovely.
