Poor customer support
Wouldn't reimburse me when returning items, wanted to give me gift card as the amount on the receipt did not say how much the gift card was for. When I called head office they said that the person could have called them and they would have been able to handle it. Now I have to carry items to a post office after already carrying them all the way to the store. I used to LOVE that brand, not sure I'll buy from them again after this. Very poor customer support.

The staff is very friendly
The staff is very friendly. I wanted to exchange a pair of slippers for a bigger size but they didn't have the shoe size at the store, so she called other FatFace stores in London to check if they have the size I wanted. Very good experience and my slippers are great!!
