Staff in my local store are always very friendly and helpful.

Online order picked up in Lytham store service was outstanding g Beth attentive and helpful both assistants were going above and beyond .

Another of these brilliant Breton tops for my collection ! I must have around 9 or 10... this bright blue is so cheerful I just had to have it. They are well made and wash well time after time. A true classic for everyone's wardrobe.

I visited Fatface in Lytham St Annes at the weekend and the store was fairly busy. I was served by both Sue and Jean who were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a number of items, thanks to their help and advice. It was a pleasure to deal with such helpful staff and will visit the store again.

I bought an unexpected real bargain The shop is a pleasure to shop at . There are plenty of different items to choose from with an array of fabrics and colours .
The staff are always customer focused with help and advice .

I’m a size 18 and I love these jeans had them before and my last two pair had to be binned due to over use and holes. Will need another pair

I had to return a faulty item I purchased from Fatface online. After contacting Fatface by email I was informed I could visit a Fatface store or return the item by post either for a refund or exchange. I chose to visit the Fatface store in Lytham as I had visited this store previously and always found the experience a pleasant one. I called in with my wife on Tuesday the 06/06/2023. There were two member's of staff on duty, Kam/manager and Sue/His assistant. Both were extremely helpful with outstanding customer care which was second to none!! Kam dealt with my issue quickly and in a very professional way. My wife made a purchase while I was there and both Kam and Sue treated Her with the same professional customer care. As usual it was a pleasure to visit your Fatface store in Lytham and I'm sure we'll visit again. My wife and I would like to thank both Kam and Sue for such a pleasant shopping experience...couldn't be better!

You had a modern dress in size18 which actually fits me and looks good.
One thing about you have the larger sizes which is great.
I bought Anna Palace dress which fits nicely and looks summery .
Bought at Lytham shop.

I recently bought a National Forest Floral Midi dress in the Lytham store. I really thought it was quite pricey for a cotton frock but hey ho my husband said I was worth it!
Later that evening I realised Fat Face do a slightly shorter length which was better suited to my height of 5ft 3ins.
I ordered the shorter length on line which came very quickly by Royal Mail and subsequently took the original purchase back to the shop. The refund was done very quickly by friendly staff in store. I love the dress and wore it for a family barbecue a few days later. I felt a million dollars in this dress the fabric is so soft and floaty, perfect for a summer event ,looks great with a denim jacket love it so much.
The staff are great at the Lytham store. I love Fat Face.

I visited the lytham store to make some returns from an online order. The assistant was called Sue and she was very helpful. I went on to buy the jeans I’d returned in a smaller size and bought a dress which was completely unplanned. Sue was really helpful regarding me getting the right size in the dress. Great little shop. I’ve bought a coat here previously. The staff are always lovely and helpful.
