Great quality at a good price, shame about the comms!
The shirts I ordered are excellent and the sale price made them great value. However, I was unimpressed with the communications re delivery. I didn’t receive any email updates and had to visit the store to find out if my delivery had been received for collection. The staff in the Maidstone store were very helpful and accommodating, but the online communication experience was underwhelming.

This is my second dress from Fat face. I purchased the shorter dress as I am 5'2 & the length is perfect. The dress looks lovely with trainers. Washes well & keeps it's shape. Well done Fat face 🎉🎉👍

Easy ordering
Easy ordering and reasonably fast delivery. Good quality clothing. I had to return and exchange an item and used Maidstone branch. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Lovely Summer trousers.
Trousers are lovely. Just right for the Summer season and I'm looking forward to wearing them when it gets a little warmer. They are very comfortable. I collected my order from the Maidstone store. The assistants in store were friendly and helpful.
