A good easy experience
Picking up in store . Able to try it on and if it wasn't right could send it right back without all this parcel carry on. Staff friendly and helpful.

Never shop here again
Ordered linen trousers in Navy online. When they arrived were covered in lint of some kind. returned to Northallerton store and was humiliated in front of the whole shop by staff shouting at me for returning items covered in fur. She said totally unacceptable and I do agree. She needs training in customer service, give the customer time to explain and do not raise your voice.
I'm sure she enjoyed having a audience while she upset a 70 year lady.
Will never shop at Fatface again.

Excellent service at Northallerton and Barnard Castle…
Re Northallerton and Barnard Castle stores .
Northallerton store didn't have the size jacket in store , that I wished to purchase and so without any prompting checked online and telephoned other stores in my area ,in an attempt to locate one for me. They duly located what I wanted and arranged collection at the Barnard Castle store . Again the staff at Barnard Castle demonstrated the same excellent customer service. Very friendly, chatty, helpful ,fab service and a credit to Fatface in both locations. Many thanks
