Leggings great
Leggings great. Picked up on Sunday when the website said the shop was still open, but they were closed. The man working in the shop opened up and still served me and was very friendly. I really appreciated this.

I was at Niagara-on-the-Lake in Ontario, Canada. The sales girl at that location was amazing. I live in Lancaster, NY and the store did not have the dress in my size. She proceeded to go online and informed me that it was available. Upon returning home I ordered the dress online. Ordering was simple and easy and tracking it was great. My dress arrived as scheduled and I absolutely love it. Looking forward to shopping back in Cananda in September and online. You have great quality clothing and salespeople in your store!

The easy on-line order I collected from the well presented Petersfield shop having been well informed of its progress on-line. The sizing suits me very well and I found other items in my size 14. Other shops run out far too soon. I like purchasing from a local business.

Collection in store.
I ordered sandals on the Fatface website as I do not have a local store to visit and browse, for collection at a store about 15 miles away.
The transaction was easy and I was notified when they were ready for collection.
I was able to try the sandals there and then, which I decided not to keep, so they did a return right away, staff very pleasant. Great service from Fatface all round.

Refunds and returns quick by post or to local store. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff at Petersfield store,most local store to me 10 miles away. Always look forward to shopping at Fat Face, have shopped there for probably over 30 years now rarely disappointed.

Lovely Dress but Too Big.
The Odette Denim Dress size 6 was ordered online and delivery was speedy. The dress was lovely but, unfortunately, far too big at the top. Return process and refund by the local Fat Face store excellent.
