The Rhosneiger store always offers a lovely experience and we've found great pieces there for years.

This day was no different and it's always a bonus when you catch a sale item. I have two Adele dresses already but seeing that there was another in store in my size, in the sale - well that was an instant yes.

What I appreciate is that having just arrived and walked with the dog, Rhys held the dress for me so I could buy it the next day. The staff are always so helpful but I was so grateful he went above and beyond.

Rhosneigr Fatface store is a little gem. I needed a belt and was cautiously looking at them. I was worried if they'd fit (I'm not slim) He was so kind and told me quietly I was happy to go try on in the fitting room. One was perfect. So I picked it up, Rhys made me feel so welcome I went back twice and bought quite a lot of jewellry. It's such a fab store to make purchases in. Son was happy he could get his girlfriend a lovely pressie from holiday too.Thank you

Called into FatFace Rhosneigr on the first day of the sale, ended up buying lots of lovely things. Rhys and Bev couldn’t have been more helpful. Always such a friendly atmosphere in the shop. I’ll be back again soon

The retail assistant: Rhys, helped us to make our choice in shorts, explaining the difference in the weight of fabrics and the style and cut of the garments. He was very informative but also left us enough time to ponder our decision. The staff were very welcoming and made us aware of the shop’s current offers. Great service - Diolch yn fawr

Great Staff, Great Store. Adrian was extremely helpful even if they didn’t have my size - he ordered the correct size for home delivery. Rhys was a delight to talk too and enjoyed his quite whit and banter. Looking forward to returning next year.

Called in at Fatface Rhosneigr yesterday and got nice friendly welcome of staff . Good look around and got what wanted, nice shop( not our local Fatface). Whilst paying had nice chat with Rhys very professional but in friendly manner. Always pleasure to call at Fatface Rhosneiger. Many thanks

A 5* experience shopping at Fatface Rhosneigr.. nothing was too much bother, and both Rhys and Hannah definitely went the extra mile. Although a small shop, it is always impeccable and well presented, with a good variety of stock. Rhys' product knowledge is second to none and knows what colours available in each range (even if they are not in store and even showed these to us on their online system). He has definitely helped me 'shop until I drop today'- which I am extremely grateful for -given my recent change in body shape.

Both Rhys and Hannah are an asset to the Rhosneigr Fatface. The ability to converse bilingually on a predominantly Welsh Island is a massive bonus to us locals, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

We went to Rhosneigr today and were greeted with two lovely men. Rhys and Adrian couldn’t do enough for us without being pushy. They made a fuss of our dogs. It definitely encouraged us to spend money with them. Great team. Very friendly and genuine nice lads. It was a pleasure to shop there. We will be back.

Came to Fat face Rhosniger on Saturday it was a lovely shop with very friendly staff, I was clean and tidy with no complaints, I would definitely recommend! Special thanks to Adrian for the help ! Worth a visit !

I bought a pair of sunglasses recently from the Fat Face Store in Rhosneigr. The shop assistant (Rhys) overheard me speaking Welsh to my son and he started speaking in Welsh to me and gave me advice as to which glasses suited me the best. He was very friendly and helpful, as too was his female colleague! Lovely to see Fat Face employing local bilingual people as shops and businesses in tourist hotpots often forget that local people like to use the shops too! Diolch!

I recently shopped in a FatFace shop in Rhosneigr. A very friendly Welsh speaking Manager who was extremely helpful. Would definitely return to the shop.
