Excellent service as always. Good notification and prompt delivery. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Chuffed with my earring I got in the sale. I’ve had my eye on them for awhile. So bonus to get them in the sale. Socks are great too.

No communication
After two visits to the store to collect order I was told it wasn’t there. After 20 days and no notifications I emailed customer services. They told me my order was in store and apologised for not being contacted.

Always brilliant here at FatFace in Romsey. It’s not very often I pass the shop without going in. I’m a bit of a jumper person. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
