I required a new zip fronted hoodie as my previous one is starting to wear out. I love the quality of your products. They are well made and wash and wear really well.
The t-shirt I ordered is the same as a linen t-shirt I had purchased from your Rushden Lakes in the spring, but a different colour. My new one was also in your sale and co-ordinates with my new hoodie.

I was having an awful shopping experience in Rushden Lakes with my 3 children. I was put on medication 6 months prior for a very painful condition I was suffering with which caused rapid weight gain. As well as the kids not listening to me and running off I felt so out of my comfort zone as the thought of having to buy bigger sizes, really affected me. I think I was in Fat Face for about 5 mins when I finally had a breakdown and just stood in the middle of the shop and started crying, in front of everyone. I had no control over my emotions and felt so embarrassed. A lady named Hannah immediately came to see if i was ok and she was able to calm me down. She was so helpful and understanding in that moment and even said if she is in next time I go in, she would help me pick some bits out to try on. I thought she was just saying it but I was so grateful for her genuine concern for me but I was also mortified that my breakdown was in front of a load of shoppers and my kids. At this point we just decided to drive home. A few weeks later my mum and I had a couple of hours free so decided to give shopping another go as I had my summer holiday coming up. I went back to fat face, still feeling a little embarrassed but was keen to try on some of the lovely clothes. It was fairly late on a Friday evening so we knew we didn’t have long but Hannah was in and she recognised me. Again her genuine compassion for me and my situation was wonderful. She told me not to look at the sizes but to try things on to see how they made me feel. The first piece she picked out was an all in one striped trouser outfit. It looked nice but definitely not something I would have picked let alone try on but I did and it made me feel great. In fact it felt a little big so she fetched a smaller size. She selected a few more bits for me and I was so surprised that a smaller size still fit me and how they made me feel. Hannah really made me feel like I had worth, which I haven’t felt for a long time. She wasn’t a pushy sales person but has a natural talent of making people feel good about themselves. If I could give Hannah 5 stars I would as she is a diamond and your company is so lucky to have her. Thank you and I look forward to popping in again soon

Fantastic company, wish I’d discovered them sooner. Ordered 2 dresses on Tuesday (not sure about the size), arrived Wednesday, returned 1 dress to store in Rushden lakes (lovely friendly staff) on Thursday, and refund was in my account this morning (Friday). Could it be any better? Also great clothes.

My parcel went to shop instead of my home, and a member of staff delivered it to my house free of charge.

Quality items and good generous fit.
Only marked down one star because store pick up a bit random as one of the pick up points did not register my purchase but assistant managed to eventually sort it out.

Have been to dat fave many times and without a doubt the staff make the experiance great. The manager in particular is always a friendly and positive person. The store is tidy and welcoming and I always want to visit again.

Quick delivery to store and great in store experience. Unfortunately the item purchased had to be returned as it was too large for me but it was convenient that I was able to collect and return it in store in the same day. The store assistant was very friendly and helpful. The item itself was of good quality.

Ordering was easy, with timely delivery & easy collection from Rushden Lakes. My grandson loves his zip up hoodie, so I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I was looking for a jacket that had been in the sale, but was no longer on the shop floor. The sales assistant helpfully went to check the stock out back. Sadly, no luck.
But she could not have been more helpful. She was friendly, engaging, proactive.
She made a human connection with me, rather than brushing me off with ‘If it’s not out, we don’t have it’, as is often the case.
On every occasion I have visited FatFace Rushden, it has been a similar positive experience.
Well done, staff! Your engagement with your customers encourages me to drive 15 miles to visit the shop, rather than simply shopping online.
As a result, I have on several occasions invested in spontaneous purchases while I was there.
