What a great service from the shop assisstant Sandie (Skipton).
I was deciding which fleece to purchase and needed help.
Sandie, came to my aid, bringing various fleeces, different sizes and took the time to help me.
As a bloke I would have just walked out, unsure of what I wanted or what looked good.
Sandie, give me advice and time in helping me decide.

Many thanks to Gemma at the Skipton branch. We called in the shop on 14 March 2025 looking for a specific over shirt size small. Unfortunately the shirt was a recent sale item and size small wasn't available but Gemma kindly ordered the over shirt from the warehouse for direct delivery to our home address the following day. Absolutely fantastic customer care, thank you Gemma.

Ordered item online, informed of arrival in store for collection in a timely manner, efficient and friendly service with a smile in store. Altogether highly convenient and item exactly as expected from online image.

Thank you Sandy for all your help choosing some shirts today for my Hubby & myself. Was great to see that FatFace is Dog Friendly! Our little 🐾🐾 guy loves coming shopping with us and he was so happy to be given a treat or two. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Hello, today I called into the Skipton store to exchange a pair is trousers that had a side zip which I couldn’t manage with my arthritic fingers.

Lily was superb, she went over and above to find me a suitable alternative and couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful, what a lovely obliging young lady.

It’s so easy to order online and then collect from the store. Staff are friendly and professional.
I then returned one of my four items and was greeted politely and in a blink of an eye the refund was processed!

Brilliant staff at Skipton branch of fat face, every single member is so helpful as sometimes I can be a bit unsure what to wear and they always take the time to help me choose what suits me if I need any help which is a great help

I popped into Fat Face in Skipton for a last minute browse just before closing time yesterday - wed 6th Nov.
I was greeted by 2 lovely friendly staff who asked of they could help. I casually said i had come into the shop to look at clothes as it's my sons 21st birthday at the weekend. I held up a couple of blouses and the chatty friendly ladies asked all about the party, They asked if i considered a dress as they had one that a lady had bought that day and it was stunning on her. They held it up and even though it was closing time they encouraged me to try it.
It fitted! They were so supportive and complimentary (and I hate shopping, especially when I NEED something). I bought it and they also gave me a teacher discount.
I'm delighted! Thank you fat face skipton ladies. I will bring photos in of the party as promised xx

Always happy to take a look in this store, whichever staff I see when I visit are so helpful, have lots of knowledge and very friendly. The shop is well laid out and tidy making shopping super easy and I love the new autumn stock particularly all the green!
