Great range, Extremely helpful staff
Great range of summer ware, extremely helpful staff especially Olivera, nothing was too much trouble, she had time to help my whole family, a pleasant visit to a fantastic shop, keep up the good work and service, we’ll be back to see you soon.

Regularly shop at Fatface in Southwold…
Regularly shop at Fatface in Southwold and the clothes are excellent in quality and style! What always makes our visits special are the lovely girls who work in there, Han and Olivera. They are always so friendly and welcoming and our dogs pull us along the high street, heading straight to the till for their treato’s before we even look at anything 😂. Brilliant shop and we love to see the girls for a chat and a giggle xx

Reassuringly expensive
Reassuringly expensive is how I describe Fatface. You may pay a little extra but the quality of the goods outweighs that. I have never been disappointed with any product purchased either in store or on-line

Excellent customer service
A bright and airy shop, with all things nicely presented. I opted to purchase a pair of trousers and a t-shirt. Unfortunately, the t-shirt off the hanger appeared to have a minor 'tarnish', but the sales rep (Hannah) was most helpful and obliging in arranging a replacement for delivery to my home address....and it arrived only two days later. Thank you :-)

The size I ordered came up to big on me, so took it to the fat face in Southwold & the lovely staff there took it back & ordered me a size smaller which is perfect ! The staff were very kind helpful & chatty, seemed like no problem to them to help.

I ordered some goods to be delivered to store. I nominated the Fatface store in Southwold to collect the parcel. The assistant was abrupt and quite rude. My husband also noticed this. This is not the first time this has happened at the Southwold shop either. Perhaps some training in customer service would not go amiss!

I always find the staff to be helpful at this location as I am a frequent visitor. I purchased 3 quality shirts and ordered another online following advice from the store assistant. The online order arrived promptly. A satisfying shopping experience.
