Taunton Store
The staff in the Taunton store are always friendly & helpful. Fiona was especially so today when I returned a bag which has unfortunately broken & which was replaced without any hesitation. She went out of her way to find a suitable alternative even though the shop was busy during the sale period.

Quality clothes made well,fit and always feel great and super comfy to wear.
I've shoped online and used our local store both of which has been a great experience.there is always a wide choice of styles to choose from,the speed of delivery is top notch very often next day with Royal Mail.
I must mention the girls in the Taunton,Somerset,store who are really helpful and friendly always, and go out of there way to help find the right styles and

Plenty of choice!
I was after a coat for my other half for Christmas. A really wide selection, all great quality so hard to decide on one! Great customer service in store (Taunton) and quick delivery when I ordered a couple from the website.

Fiona in the Taunton branch was extremely helpful checking stock for the boot size I required. I had chosen two styles of boot but she found that only one of the styles had my size so ordered it for it to be delivered to my home. She was friendly, polite and helpful. She put me at ease and made my shopping experience special. Thanks Fiona. The boots have arrived and I love them.

Online and in store experience
Fat face is a great brand I like the style but also the fact the brand tries to get responsibly sourced cottons etc. The only negative point is that Fat face customers in mailing list don’t get to know about the sale before everyone else, I just came across the pre sale on Facebook page and I was choked not having to know that through my mail. In fact it makes me think that I should unsubscribe, it’s an idea.
Regarding stores I love Taunton store has really nice staff, they’re very helpful and understanding.

Ordered online to collect in store. Surprised it would take 5-7 days. After not receiving an email telling me my item was ready to collect I called the store and was told the item was there.

Retail assistants know best…!
I wanted a specific top that was in the sale, but not in stock in my local shop. The retail assistant in store was really helpful and checked if it was available online to order, and also gave me the product number.
I ordered it online and had it sent to a shop.
All very easy and very efficient!

Always high quality products
Always high quality products. I had the opportunity to process my 'size guide' online for this particular item. I've marked the dungarees down one star as, although I am a size 6, and the size guide suggested size 6, they are quite generous in size so I am having to have them slightly altered.
It was great to be able to collect my item in the Taunton FatFace store. They are so helpful and friendly!
