Super service at Trafford
I was served in the Trafford Centre store today and the staff were so helpful. They offered advice in a lovely manner and then after I’d mentioned it was my birthday gave me 10% discount! What a super shopping experience! Thank you staff at FatFace Trafford- the receipt said the ladies name was Helen- thank you Helen!

Awful bullying staff
Awful bullying staff - I went to return a skirt to the store and they refused, telling me that they thought it had been washed. This was not true. They attacked my character, degraded and humiliated me, and branded me a liar. They said the skirt smelled of fabric softener, which I don't use anyway. I had not worn or washed the skirt, it was brand new with tags on. They were patronising and nasty. They said I must have removed the tags, washed the skirt and reattached them. They even tried to show me how it could be done, but they were not even able to do it. I will never shop with fatface again. The skirt has since been refunded via the postal returns so obviously there was no issue with it. Just an issue with the shop staff. Absolutely appalling.

Easy returns
I ordered a pair of dungarees which, unfortunately, were far too big. I returned them to FatFace at Trafford Center and I was refunded my money with a smile. Very friendly staff.

Mens wellies good product delivery to store very slow 🐌
Good product as always but took an age to deliver to store and had to chase.
Updated from 3 to 4 stars which on refection i think is fairer as the product is great and price was excellent also👍

Trafford centre shop
The staff at the Trafford centre shop are wonderful and very helpful. In particular Beth helped with many different requests we had when we visited on 25th August. Helpful and happy staff make a shopping experience much more enjoyable

Fabulous team
The team at Fat Face Trafford are absolutely wonderful. I shop online during sale periods, buying a range of items, double up on sizes etc. so typically make visits to return some items and for another shop in store. The staff are always friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
