We have been with FaultFixers for a number of years now and as a reactive tool it is both comprehensive and exceptionally user friendly, for the desktop portal to the app, it is intuitive and easy to use.
The granular detail that can be accessed once the software is in use and the population process has been completed is immensely helpful when costing and tracing problematic areas.
The ability to source templated forms to assist in compliance PPMs has been another helpful addition in a long line of customer feedback being take on board.
The attention to detail and caring attitude of the developers and customer service has proven invaluable.

Messaging the faultfixer team is so easy, the wait time could be slightly improved especially if wanting info straight away, but they always get back to you within 24hours and again staff very helpful

Staff members have been very helpful
Staff members have been very helpful, and FaultFixers has been a great tool for us so far. We are not yet using it fully for our planned preventative maintenance (PPM), but there are plans to implement this in the near future. It would be beneficial to have more analytical features, such as the ability to filter tickets by categories like type of damage or “nice-to-have” requests. We understand that the development team is currently working on these enhancements.

Faultfixers help team (particularly Doug) are always incredibly helpful with any issue I have and always do their best to solve problems promptly. They take time to understand exactly what the issue is in your context and provide good explanations. Screenshots and guides to processes are helpful too.

After 15 months of FaultFixers helpdesk…
After 15 months of FaultFixers helpdesk management for 250+ platform users, I am glad we opted for FaultFixers. With a few initial tweaks that were very quickly implemented by the FF admin and tech teams, it has helped us to completely streamline all our corporate services work, both administratively and especially the scheduling and execution of technical work. The ease of updating both technical teams and customers within the same space has been instrumental in lowering customer complaints as well as the visibility offered to customers in the processing of requests. Customers are informed in real time and get to have a real say in the completion of their request. They also get to comment and comment at every stage of the process and that allows the helpdesk to monitor the rate of customer satisfaction. As the principal CRM tool used by our helpdesk, we now use it all our corporate services including Estates management, Technical works group, Protocol services, IT support, Transport services, Security services, Office management and general Helpdesk enquiries.
