My only problem with FBS is the withdrawal. Seriously I funded an account with opay but can't withdraw with the same opay that major working class civilians in Nigeria make use of . For me it's a red flag. Nevertheless every other thing was ok

Their customer care service is a batch of ai bots, they stole my money i deposited and they said they didnt receive it, i contacted my bank they told me they sent it to fbs but fbs said that a third party who handles their transactions has my money i contacted them serval times they never replied and fbs said that they have nothing they can do for me. Yet me i deposited my money to fbs after 3months of providing them with all the proof they requested me for bank statements and everything else i gave up on that money. They are totally irresponsible they deserve a 1star.

The operation inside the app is great 👍.
They should reduce the minimum withdraw amount. At least from 5usdt instead of 20 usdt

Everything seems fine, from a trading perspective, the only noteworthy issue is their withdrawal system, take note withdrawal do come quickly most of the time but during weekends there's a notable delay with withdrawals, Donny why, Maybe Because it ain't an active business day, however gat to let y'all know, but as for the legitimacy of the broker, it's up there with the best so far!!

A very good beginner friendly app and the withdrawals are very fast. The only problem I have with FBS is that some times if I set a limit order and go offline my order won't trigger and I will be left with no other option than to let the trade go or buy/sell at a bad price living me with a terrible risk to reward ratio. The same thing happens if I set a stop loss, if I am not online to stop the loss it will just keep dragging me into more losses. But it happens some times not every time, but you guys really need to work on that.
