Amy Abbott is hands down the best conveyancer I have ever come across. She dealt with the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one and the process was completely faultless.
She was there whenever I needed her, she talked me through the paperwork, answered any questions I had and generally made what is usually a stressful event as easy and simple as possible.

I have worked with Francesca directly for over a decade as she has dealt with both business and personal property sales/ purchases. There has never been a transaction or an issue she couldn’t resolve. She is efficient, knowledgeable, unlike a lot of conveyancers, always answers the phone and deals with emails and queries on the day of receipt. If there’s an issue, she resolves it. I personally wouldn’t ever use anyone else when buying or selling a property. Can’t recommend her enough.

Francesca Alessandrino. Simply the best conveyancer. She has just performed her usual miracles and dealt with the purchase of our new home and from the offer being accepted to completion was 8 weeks . Would have been quicker had we not had to wait for our vendors solicitors. Francesca is beyond professional, responds to emails on the day of receipt, deals with enquiries efficiently, answers the phone, explains things in a clear and concise manner. Francesca has been our family conveyancer for the best part of 12 years having successfully acted for us on 15+ purchase/ sales and each time, Francesca has smoothed out any problems, dealing efficiently and effectively with vendors/ purchasers, estate agents and solicitors taking away the stress and anxiety that comes with any house move.
