Signed up for Pro+ to get access to AI search, but was unusable because almost all AI search terms are paywalled for Enterprise customers only, so got no value out of the Pro+ subscription. Avoid unless you go for enterprise - Pro+ is a sham.

All the good AI features are locked behind the pro + subscription which only offers annual billing. I even reached out directly to see if this could be changed but no luck.

Honestly there is no good reason to not offer monthly billing for the pro +.

Very unimpressed. The features of the pro only version are limited are very average for the price. Definitely not worth it. Would not reccomend paying money for it.

Love it and will continue using it. I am confused as to how or why it has this many negative reviews. It is by far the best RSS manager and search helper with RSS feeds. I like INOReader too but feedly is still the best at finding RSS feeds with their search engine.

Also, the support at feedly is fantastic. They are humans who respond to you which is rare today.

Probably the most difficult website I've ever had to navigate. I don't see a point in following new websites being so difficult

Terrible tool, all features are behind the 2nd plan, which costs $150/y. The first plan costs $9 and basically gives you nothing, all the features you would expect to get are AGAIN behind a paywall. Disgusting company, would not recommend.

One of the worst tech products I've used this year.
Very pushy for more money - felt like I was constantly being taken to the page asking me to pay even more for a Pro+ subscription. Which is only available to pay in a large sum annually.

There was not a single useful feature which I found useful in Pro subscription vs Free account. I did not find the interface intuitive to use.

The main reason I signed up was because of the Pro plan AI capabilities. Which are described in their pricing section as:

Deduplication
Mute filters
Summarization

However we quickly realize that most "topics" were paywalled behind the market/threat plans, it is also not clear from the AI search which one is which until you face the paywall. This is very disappointing. Something as basic as "Innovation" cannot be used.

Deduplication and Mute filters don't seem to provide added value at all. 

With regards to Summarization, this is a tool that we planned to use a lot to get through articles quickly. However, when you press the AI button in any article not even "executive summary" or any form of AI summary is available. What is the point then? 

We feel scammed at this point, this Pro plan should be improved or removed. Its current configuration is a joke.

Das Speichern von Daten aus dem Netz in gewünschte Ordner, die beliebig und persönlich eingerichtet werden können, sind mit solchen Managern interessant bedacht, leider nie ganz durchdacht um meine volle Zufriedenheit zu bekommen ... :-P
Hier vermisse ich eine Windows 11 Programm Desktop Version oderr wenigstens eine Variante als Applikation.
Dann könnte ich den Preis, der jährlich sehr ordentlich ausfällt, verstehen und vorstellen, die Managementsoftware zu nutzen...

Spart viel Zeit ein auch wenn man die freie, kostenlose Version nutzt.
Möchte Feedly nicht mehr missen. Die Website ist etwas Tricky aber man bekommt mit der Zeit hier eine gute Struktur rein in die News die einen wirklich interessieren.

Grundplanen (gratis) indeholder ikke nok funktioner, til at motivere mod et betalt abonnement.
At man ikke kan lave et Custom Feed, baseret på udvalgte URLs, er skuffende, og skamfuldt.

feedly adds "icons" to the message stream - despite the fact that I generate rss for myself without pictures, and it cannot be turned off
"customer support" works very slowly and poorly - Pro+ subscription does not help in any way

There was nothing in the Feedly.com website that indicated that cyber news is firewalled behind an additional paywall. I was unwilling to pay the additional money out of pocket and therefore cancelled by subscription. For this element I'd give them 1 star. I was intentionally mislead and it cost me a fair about of money.

On the positive side my customer support experience was good and the news aggregation appears to be work well.

Be very sure what you are after and then contact Feedly before you subscribe so that you are positive what you are getting for the subscription you are looking at.

Good product, but awful customer service. I was charged for a years subscription that I did not want and several emails to the "support" team, plus contact on social media, and still no reply.

I've been using Feedly for many years and a year ago became a paid user. I use both the web and Android apps multiple times a day.

If you invest a little time in setting it up and training Leo, you can vastly reduce the amount of time you spend checking sites for news and following your interests. Every time I open Feedly, I immediately see the things that are most important to me.

The integration with Reddit has been a major plus, greatly reducing the "noise" that Reddit creates. I also like that I can control how visually busy each Feedly item list is.

The only challenge I have is that the app seems strangely slow to load items. I don't have a lot of priorities or filters, so I'm not sure what's going on with that. I can't speak about support, because I've never needed to contact them.

My account was simply upgraded to the Business account and I then paid € 192. I was in the annual feed pro for € 60. I want my money back. That's cheating.

J'utilise ce site depuis des années. J'en suis staisfait même s'il manque quelques options

I have reported a major bug affecting the display of pics to the articles almost 3 years ago. Lot's of emails and chasers since then and still is unresolved!!!

Every time someone finally picks the chaser email, spends like 5 secs and then dismiss the issue without proper investigation and asking me to provide proof of the bug. I have sent a huge amount of information confirming the bug over and over again, but really nobody ever works on the resolution of the issue. Oh and btw their CEO confirmed the issue...

I have used Feedly since its inception and long before it changed hands. Recently they have added ads in the feed disguised as normal posts. Now I understand the need to monetize but this particular format is unacceptable . No matter how often one continues to mark as read they continue to reappear . I try to be cautious about click bait but this manner makes clicks almost unavoidable . If this practice is not modified soon I will sadly abandon feedly
