I can honestly say, with no reservation whatsoever, that my first session of EMS with Joseph was amazing.
The thoroughness of the assessments, the walk through of the procedures, the explanation and demonstration of the system was all exceptionally professional. Next, after donning the special suit and attachments, and under the clear and easy instruction of Joseph, he plugged me in and we began.
Woo!
The session itself proved to be MUCH more enjoyable than I was expecting. The effect of the EMS actually feels really good while you're doing the exercises.
But the best bit...is how I felt when I got home. Lighter, more mobile, more energy, just..,terrific!
I'm certainly going to recommend Feel-Electric EMS to my friends. It's a game changer.

Lovely team of trainers. Simin is fabulous and Aleya is considerate. Tim pushes very hard and explains well to maximise the session. This definitely works I have done for a few years and am toned and muscly without doing much else.

Always a friendly and professional environment to be in. Jack is great! I think he reads personalities and capabilities well and is highly adaptable with his training. I’ve had 3 sessions and I can feel a massive improvement in myself, I can’t wait to see what my next 3 weeks bring. I am very happy with my training sessions with Jack.

Feel Electric Was everything I imagined it would be.
Jack is very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. He also demonstrated each exercise which enabled me to use the full potential from the body suits. It really was an energising experience. I was able to exercise at a level that was just tailored for me, with the option of toning it higher or lower, there was no pressure, just encouragement.

Simon was great at explaining how everything works and pushing me to do beyond what l thought was my best. The whole experience was good and enjoyable. Great vibe and energy.

Simin is amazing, very professional and welcoming, I had fear for electronics (even electric tooth brush) but she gradually helped me over come my fears, and start EMS , I feel so good 5 weeks on, I feel soar in muscles I never knew they existed( the good pain after a good workout) helped great deal with my back and neck pain. Also very affordable and flexible time to choose from. Also ans I’m over 40 now, I really struggle with energy levels, doing this once a week for 20 minutes, but getting the result of 3 hours full body workout is all I need right now. All in all highly recommended, so happy I found this after years of struggling with back pain, looking forward to seeing my end results.
