The best insurance I ever had! Great support team, great service, great package of different kinds of insurance. And it’s acceptable by the visa requirements, such as MA35.

one of the best experiences, when it comes to securing insurance for my daughter for her category D visa, followed with student's insurance in Austria.
i took the package for travel insurance first for category D visa with the flexibility to change and refund. i had to change the start date 4 times as the visa was delayed and by just sending an email it was done instantly.
after arrival into Austria, we took the feel safe students insurance, which was done instantly, via direct debit and next day we received an email to refund us our pro rata travel insurance that we had paid. super impressed with their facility and support.

So i first took the travel insurance from.feel safe for my daughter for visa application category D which went smoothly as a student
I chose the refund and re schedule option and I changed multiple times and everything i got s response with 24 to 48 hours and my query was resolved.
I felt safe for sure..
Finally after arriving in austria we got the health insurance and it was very quick and as assured by feel safe they refunded the money from my travel insurance back to my card ( await the refud) which I am sure will arrive in committed time.
For all international students I recomend using feel safe both for first visa D and then health cover .. it was a stress free process for me

Spurgte forsigtig om i kunne få den sendt hurtigst mulig, da jeg har brug for den til weekenden.
Faktisks har jeg brug for den i nat, hvor jeg skal gå gennem byen kl 02.
Rasmus var mere end kvik, han startede bilen og kørte hen til den by jeg var i og afleverede alarmen til mig.

For a travel visa is okay, for the residence permit once you have to cancel is a pain. They did not cover anything that happened to me in 2 years and I just had to keep paying them anyways.

Just go staright to get the OGK on you arrival to Austria is better anyway.

FeelSafe has helped me to get the right information I was looking for. They have always answered fast and clearly. I bought a health insurance for a friend and when her travel was cancelled, I wrote FeelSafe asking if there would be a partial reimbursement. Honestly I did not expect a positive answer since the starting date of the insurance was already passed. Instead, they answered fast as always and reimbursed me the money I paid.
The service they provide is excellent and I will definitely come back to them when needed.
