Very disappointed with this company.

I filled in the questionnaire, mainly because I wanted to find out the price of medication. I didn't finish it and went back to the review some days later when I included the required pictures of me. Once I hit send, within a matter of minutes I received an email to say my medication had been approved and, minutes later, that it had been despatched.

They sent me Wegovy, which I have used, and did not find it anything like as effective as Mounjaro.

I attempted to contact them but they only have a mobile number here in the UK which is not answered. It also gives a message to say that it's not possible to leave any comment as there is no capacity to store additional messages. I emailed and, after a week got an answer asking me what the problem was. It was therefore clear that my original message had not been read. I told them that they had sent me medication which I did not want. Several more days passed and I got a message to tell me that they were looking at the possibility of sending me a return label for the medication. That was well over a week ago and nothing more has happened.

This is not a reliable company and they do not seem to value their customers. I would avoid.

I am feeling better now.good to get rid of all that fat.

Good at delivering on time I have had no side effects

Fast responses to any questions that arise throughout the process. Real results (down 30+ lbs), and they can be as hands on or off as your prefer. They also have a helpful Reddit for any out of the box questions that may spring up. I’ve been very happy with my experiences so far.

Again it’s the customer service. Anytime I’ve had an issue, which has only been a couple of times, I can send a text and usually within hours someone has reached out to me.

Fella Health has changed my life for the better! Their products are working and I’m feeling so good! I’ve lost 19.6 pounds in 5 weeks. Wish I would have started sooner. Fella Medical is great responding to my questions or concerns and do it in a timely manner.

I want to warn others to be careful when using Fella Health. They sent me the wrong prescription and then blamed me for their mistake.

I am currently on a 15 mg dose, yet their doctor prescribed me 3.5 mg, which is an absurdly low dose given my current treatment. I emailed them for several days with no response. When I finally called today, I was told that I had indicated on my intake form that I was a new patient, which is completely false. I clearly remember providing my current dosage information.

I even resent them my current prescription from a different provider to confirm my dosage. I have used several other telemedicine providers over the past year, and this has never happened before.

Because of their error and lack of communication, I now only have enough medication for one week instead of a full month. This is unacceptable and irresponsible. They are playing games with people’s health.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

Fella Health help me in nothing, the experience was truly bad.

The products and the Team are not Professional, i would not recommend this to anyone out there.

Fella Health Review. I have been semaglutide injections from fella since the beginning of June this year, 2025. In six months I have gotten about to about 90% of my weight loss goal. Fella has been quick to answer questions or concerns quickly - often within an hour. And they request frequent feedback from me on my journey. Their website with my private logon provides useful feedback on my results in. It is also where I post if I have taken my injection that week and what my weight is. None of this is time-consuming. Initially, I was hesitant about measuring my own doses into a hypodermic, needle and injecting myself. This became easy very quickly, and the needles are very thin and you don’t feel a thing. Eventually, I may decide to reduce my doses slightly and have my 12 month supply last an additional few months. Hopefully by then, a lower cost alternative maybe, available from either fella, health or another company. But my first choice will be to stick with fella.

Purchased from uk website I was asked why dates had a gap explained I didn't take mj during my holiday since then no response nothing, I have sent lots of emails etc phone calls not answered also,
