Fem Excel has been AMAZING so far! I have just signed up and had my consultation. My provider is wonderful, caring and I finally feel heard. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I am excited to start my journey with them to better hormone health. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is exploitative. They charge you an insane monthly fee just to be a member. Then they overcharge for the meds. They also attempted to just up my dose without discussing it with me and I only found out because one month they attempted to charge me more than other times. When I asked why they explained the dose had been raised causing the extra expense. Without telling me nor even asking me. They claimed they raised the dose simply from their time consuming questionnaire they harass you with at every refill.

They also use customer service agents from countries that do not speak English as their national language. The agents are scripted and not even conversational in English.

I simply cancelled the card they were billing and stopped them from billing. They still send me monthly refill reminders and have yet to contact me at all to check on me or see why I just quit paying. That qualifies as patient abandonment. You can access all the meds they offer with providers who only charge you the cost of the meds and no other fees. Skip this middle manning service, look up suggested milligram amounts for your age and symptoms and order your HRT independently from direct providers.

I recently had a video consultation with Ashley Fellows, NP at Femexcel on April 8, and my experience was excellent. The consultation was thorough, professional, and I felt genuinely listened to throughout the appointment.

After deciding to switch providers due to previous concerns with customer service and medical care elsewhere, I immediately noticed a difference with Femexcel. The hormone testing kit was sent out quickly after my consultation, and the process has been smooth and well-organized.

I’m currently awaiting my results, and I appreciate how clear and supportive the communication has been so far. Overall, this has been a very positive experience, and I feel more confident moving forward with my HRT care under Femexcel.

The provider not only understood with complete certainty and clarity but explained everything perfectly. I’ve been dealing with bad hormones and doctors that refuse to listen , communicate or was willing to do anything substantial but dismissed your concerns or needs ! Nurse answered all the questions I had and was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services to any woman that is having issues with perimenopause. The nurse went over treatment plans and how to take the medication. I’m excited to get started and have a solution to my problems.

Jana really listened to my concerns and was so responsive. I look forward to working with her in the future. The entire Fem excel experience has been seamless and easy.

The story that hormones hurt women are upside down! We fall apart without them ( a big symptom of low hormones is breast cancer )

What an easy and professional way to start HRT! My PCP and GYN both declined ordering labs specifically for hormones and only want to prescribe Estrogen and Progesterone. Not only that, even though my TSH is typically high normal and I have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism, they won’t treat it because it’s “normal” I am excited to start on this new journey back to my younger self!

It was so great to speak to someone that is experienced at dealing with women and menopause. I was so tired of hearing that’s how your body is and your labs look like a post menopausal woman… The conversation was educational and I’m excited to work with Fem Excel.
