This is a really crappy app. I tried canceling it and getting my money back for a week now but I get thrown around to different online forms, where they want me to describe my issue. I then get the same automated email
about where to cancel and get refunds, which doesn’t work.
They say I can request the refund through my apple account but I can’t see the subscription in my apple account so I have no idea where to go to make sure they don’t have my payment details anymore. And no one answers through any channels. I strongly advise people to not get this app.

Scam , cannot cancel it

The premium version gave me access to detailed forecasts and personal recommendations. It’s like having a medical consultant and a good friend at hand. Plus, technical support is always available, which makes me really happy.

I’ve tried a few pregnancy planning apps before, but they were all too complicated. This one is different. The app is straightforward yet provides a deep understanding of my fertility chances.

In the premium version, you can customize everything you need to suit your lifestyle. For example, I always forget to keep manual records. But here, the system automatically syncs with my other gadgets, reminds me of important dates, and even offers useful articles. It seems the developers really understand what we women need and do everything to make the app not only useful but also enjoyable to use.

I’m 38 and just found out I’m pregnant—thanks to Femia! The app’s fertility predictions were spot on, and after months of trying, I finally got my BFP naturally. It made tracking my cycle so easy and took the guesswork out of everything. Highly recommend to anyone trying to conceive!

Avoid this app. I think we should make one group of victims and go to European court and ask refund for all our money. Small amount from a lot of women in the world are making those people behind this business very rich.
Please just answer me how can I stop the subscription because it’s not clear at all. Thank you and enjoy your rich life.

This is a scam. They were invoicing me for month - 40 eur per month. They are not responding to my requests for a refund. What a scam

Attention l’application est uniquement en anglais et impossible de modifier la langue, malgré une pub en français qui vous allèche… De plus elle n’apporte rien de plus par rapport à d’autres applications du même type bien moins chères. J’ai réussi à me faire rembourser mais comme c’est à l’étranger j’ai eu des frais bancaires 2e. Bref inutile, perte de temps.

It's truly a scam! I wish I had read reviews here before purchasing this app. I saw an add for it on Facebook and it seemed like it would give valuable knowledge related to fertility and health. It turns out it's an app that tracks your monthly cycle with short, basic videos thrown in that don't give any information that I didn't already know. After l looking through it, I realised I had wasted $25 signing up. And I am convinced that they intentionally make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. I emailed them that I requested for a refund but couldn’t get a reply. The directions in the app to cancel are misleading and lack any helpful information. Based on their instructions, I thought I can easily contact them directly for help but I couldn’t.

It is unbelievable how the people behind this app try to make money with such a serious issue as infertility. You have the chance to download the app and see what they offer, but apparently that already starts a subscription afterwards you cannot find visibly that you subscribe to something neither in your iOS App subscription on or not in the app itself. They already charged me twice. I tried to get in touch with the support center And they basically said it was my fault because I didn’t cancel the subscription.and it’s a subscription that didn’t even know it exists. What they offered me is to have a one year for free subscription and for now no payback of those last two Payments it’s a complete scam

This isn't about pretty visuals, it's about real functionality. The app helped me not only understand my cycle but also do everything necessary to make pregnancy a reality. The premium version is thoughtfully designed - no fluff, just the essentials, though it took me some time to figure everything out.

Charged for no reason!

I recommend avoiding this app as they display no subscription in your Apple Store and still go ahead and charge you for yearly subscriptions.
It’s difficult to cancel and don’t expect a refund. Very greedy company.

Like most of the people have mentioned here, I signed up to femia when I was given a free trial period. I did cancel the subscription before the auto renewal (as it was tracked on iPhone and I am a careful person with auto renewals). However I still got charged £66.65 twice and it was very dishonest of Femia to not mention anything in advance. Emailed to them twice and heard nothing from them.

The app it's ok but I found it very dishonest from Femia to offer a promotion and then without warning charging more than double in automatic to your card at the end of it. I tried to cancel thru the app and it doesn't give you the option. Double cheat from Femia: automatic renewal charge + making it difficult to cancel.

I emailed the two emails listed in the app asking how to cancel back in November and never heard back from Femia. I sent a follow-up email last week, giving them another chance and never heard back. Fortunately, I was finally able to figure out how to cancel the subscription so they won't be charging me anymore. You have to create a log in through the Femia website and then find how to cancel in that account - you can't cancel through the app itself or through your phone subscriptions. (They do not share this info in the app for how to cancel - I hope enough negative reviews will force them to make it easier for people to cancel!) I was hoping that Femia would refund the nearly $100 I wasted on their app, but since I haven't heard back from them, I doubt that will happen. I would give this company an even lower rating than 1 star if I could!

Scam app. I fell for this when looking for answers to my fertility issues, and was shocked to find that I was essentially locked in to a subscription with no way out. None of the links they give you to unsubscribe work so you are at the mercy of them emailing you back. I will be speaking to my bank to try and get my money back but this is basically a scam.

They were understanding of my concerns and address them when I made contact. Their app is useful and gives you a good idea of the process and steps needs to be taken to achieve success.

I bought £19 3 month access initially for fertility but suddenly got charged £66 after 3 months. I’m very careful with signing up for any subscriptions but this one doesn’t show in your Apple subscriptions ever though they claim it does and you can make changes through it… I contacted them for refund and they refused, offering a year access instead.
I’m giving one star because of misleading offer which is a shame as is app itself isn’t bad.
