So appalled by my experience of this new collab.
Placed two orders totalling two items on launch day. I then went to track the orders and it said they'd been cancelled (not by myself) no contact from the company until I contacted them. They sent a generic email saying things can be cancelled due to credit card balances not being enough or zip codes being wrong (not in my case) or stock discrepancies when website traffic is high - this was what happened in my case. They also said the amount charge would be refunded back to original payment method "shortly". It's now been 10 days and I still haven't received my refund even after contacting them several times and opening a paypal case. This order was cancelled due to a fault of their own and they should have refunded me immediately. No apology for me missing out on the order, no refund. It's just despicable. Very unhappy customer with no products even though my money has been taken. ugh
