Super responsive. Product was good and all within the appropriate timescales. There was a small problem with stock availability but very quickly and easily sorted out.

Looked even better than expected and was super fast!

From my initial google search I was looking for a company who could provide personalised glassware, and I am so glad I came across Fen Regis Trophies. I have placed 2 orders with them in quick succession after being so impressed with their speed, professionalism and want to go the extra mile for their customers. Andrew has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, making each part of (what can be a tedious process) so easy and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. The quality of the products did not disappoint and Andrew was able to get us over 20 personalised glass trophies, in just over a week! I would absolutely recommend Fen Regis Trophies for their quality, customer service and ability to deliver and will certainly be using them for all my glassware needs in the future!

Amazing customer service and excellent trophies! Super speedy delivery when I was on a tight time scale!

From start to finish the service was impeccable and the trophies are perfect will be sure to use again!

Great service - quickly answered my questions.
Very quick delivery on a personalised trophy - I approved the artwork on Thursday PM and had delivery on the Monday.
Would recommend and will use again.

I cannot praise Andrew and the team enough for their outstanding service! I needed a last-minute glass trophy engraved and delivered to Birmingham within a day, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.

They reassured me that they could meet the tight deadline, and true to their word, they delivered exactly as promised. The engraving was flawless, the trophy was of the highest quality, and the entire process was seamless. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile, but Andrew and his team certainly do!

I will absolutely be returning for future orders, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality engraving with top-notch service. A massive thank you again to the team for making it all happen!

From our first conversation, it was obvious that Fenregis is a truly professional company. In designing my bespoke plaque, Andrew could not have been more helpful and accommodating, giving me very valuable advice.
