Fen Regis Trophies Reviews

Really easy process and great dialogue with the supplier. Needed some trophies at short notice - I was assured they would arrive on time - and so they did! Great quality item, speedy service - will 100% use next time as well.

Andrew from Fen Regis Trophies was just great. First they responded realy quickly. Understood the brief and rechead out to validate all the details from the online order. I then had to modify a few thing and add a logo and they were super helpful in adjusting all for no extra fee. They sent the image of what it would look like and then only once validated engraved and we received it a few days later. I would definitly recommend, great quality, good value for money and super helfup and kind.

Fen Regis Trophies are a great representation of customer service and attention to detail. From first contact, they were responsive, accommodating and understanding. From design through to delivery, they were communicative and reasonable. I would recommend Regis as a value for money business, and aim to over deliver.....

Placed an order with Fen Regis for a glass award for Long Service. The award was very well packaged and in a lovely presentation box making it an excellent option for our awards. Fast and reliable service. Highly recommend.

My request for 2 trophies was handled quickly and expertly with them double checking the wording that I requested. Their service was quick and efficient.

Andrew, Scott and the team were super helpful and very responsive to our initial enquiry and there was a quick turnaround from order to delivery. I can't fault the service we received and recommend the professional, friendly service we received and we are very happy with the engraved diamond paperweights we ordered.

Fast delivery, excellent help throughout the process, and great quality awards. Will order again and would recommend.

I had broken a previous award and wanted a duplicate and found that Fen Tegis had an identical one apart from graphics. The price was reasonable and ordering it was simplicity. A very fast turnaround too and beautifully packed. Extremely happy!

The staff was extremely friendly and supportive, handling my enquiry quickly and efficiently. I mentioned the urgency of having the item made without delays, and they ensured it was delivered on time. The quality is outstanding and offers great value for money. I’ll definitely keep Fenregistrophies in my contacts for future purchases. Thank you for your excellent service!

Service provided was fast, professional and the final product was fantastic. They provided a digital mock up based on the initial information I'd provided, then following a few lines of feedback from myself they managed to get exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be using again for future occasions

Great selection of trophies to choose from. Sent my club logo to be added. Proofs sent back to me to confirm prior to engraving. Fast turn-around and well packaged. Will use again.

Great Service, fast and efficient. The team were prompt to respond to queries, and offer fantastic value too. We use them every year for our Christmas awards.

I got a globe with some engraving on it for my brothers milestone. Scott was quick to show me options, and amend from my initial order. Then i settled on a design. Came out perfect and i will 100% be using them again. Great price for quality, customer services and overall experience. Not something i am used to in London.
