Fen Regis Trophies Reviews

Couldn't be more happy with the service received. We were on a very tight deadline to get some trophies produced, but the team at Fen Regis, were quick to respond, getting us proofs out same day and the trophies were delivered a couple of days later. Outstanding Service.

Andrew and his team at Fen Regis Trophies yet again made the ordering of our annual awards trophies very easy, ensuring we signed off the final design which was a fast service over email and whilst we ordered a little late, nearing our event, they pulled it out the bag and had them made and delivered right on time.
The quality of the awards and the presentation boxes were excellent

Excellent service from start to finish. Responsive to queries and easy to deal with, really helpful feedback and suggestions on design, and impressive lead time once the final design was agreed. Beautiful piece as a result, really pleased with it and recipient loved it.

I ordered some trophies for a corporate event - Fen Regis were so helpful deciding on the best range, price point and shipping options here and made the process very straight forward. Once ordered they altered the design until I was happy and then shipped the trophies within a week. Altogether a great company to work with, would highly recommend!

Fab service, fab price, fab product!

Would highly recommend this professional business.

Great quality - and well received gift!

Used this company for the first time and they were excellent….very responsive to my questions (I was buying it from overseas), and fast delivery, too. It was very well received by mum’s bowls club and a lovely memorial trophy vase in her name.

Andrew makes the whole process super easy. Everything about this company screams professionalism. I will only use these guys for my end of year awards.

Really easy communication. Sorted out what we needed well within a tight timeline and kept us informed at every stage.

We needed an engraved trophy quickly for one of our customers. Fen Regis were a pleasure to deal with, great communication and very quick delivery - excellent service!

Fen Regis have been our go to trophy provider since 2019. Fast, efficient and great quality service

The employees were super helpful during the designing phase, the service provided was excellent. Thanks for that, I will come back for the next trophy I need.

Great service, fast, reliable and extremely helpful. Trophies were excellent quality with nice engraving.

Fantastic quality trophy and great value for money. Delivery was a couple of days after placing the order which was amazing.

Dealing with Andrew and the Team at Fen Regis Trophies made the whole process of ordering quite unique items simple. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Friendly service and my order was delivered very quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a sporting cup/trophy to contact Andrew at Fen Regis Trophies.

From start to finish Fen Regis Trophies took care of all of my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Nothing seemed to be a problem when I asked things. The order was shipped in two well padded boxes and when I inspected them not a one had any damage and the quality of the jade glass awards ordered surpassed any other that I've ever seen. I can't wait to give the awards out.

Fantastic Service from Andrew and the team. Placed a large order with a very tight turnaround and everything was delivered on time and of great quality.
Andrew kept us informed throughout meaning the whole process was stress free.
Thank you, would highly recommend

I am responsible for some very high profile events where trophies are the pinnacle of the event. I've used a lot of companies who in some shape or form have disappointed previously - HOWEVER - Fen Regis Trophies have been fantastic.

They are personable, reliable, fast and great value. There is nothing more that you and I need from a trophy supplier and I highly recommend them.

There are numerous companies providing trophies but my initial enquiry with Fen Regis Trophies was handled by a real person! As I hadn't ordered something like this before I needed guidance and advice and I got it very promptly. They understood my questions and made the ordering process very simple and worry free. The glass trophies came very promptly and I'm delighted.

Excellent communications throughout and really went above and beyond to get the award to the Scottish highlands in time for an important deadline. Really appreciate their great service and would definitely use again.
