Great company, extremely helpful and polite! Would recommend to anyone. Nick and Adam go out of their way to provide a top service.

Ordered a replacement front door on 6th April after a visit from sales person Nick, and fitting date confirmed for 2nd May.
On fitting date the fitter turns up with a door that is obviously wrong, spoke to Nick with the fitter and was offered to fit the wrong door with a second visit to follow to replace the segments of the door to the correct ones, which I refused as it was a waste of my time and the fitter's time - I would rather they do a proper job once than half a job twice.
Despite reaching out to Nick, no compensation has been given so far for having my time wasted, having to take leave from work on the fitting date for nothing and having to reschedule a painter who had been booked for the hallway assuming the door fitting would be complete, and he has ignored my last email on the 6th May.
With fitting date attempt #2 planned for tomorrow, I've just been told that this has also been cancelled because the re-made door has failed their supplier quality check.
Having already handed over 50% deposit for the door and signed a terms of sale document that is difficult to get out of, and currently with no end in sight for my order, all I can suggest is to stay away from this company as their customer service has been appalling and I cannot recommend them.

EDIT: after calls with both Nick and Adam the following morning, a cancellation of my order with a full refund of the 50% deposit was offered which I accepted, and I'm now proceeding with Everest instead.

Had issues with two windows since moving into my first home - one was complately jammed half open and the other was missing a handle and damaged.

Used Fenster off a recommendation from a friend and was thrilled with the experience.

Came out for a quote within a week and the fixes were done professionally and promptly the following week... All for half the cost quoted elsewhere and a fraction of the cost quoted for replacement.

Just had Ben come and fit replacement glass to back door , professional and efficient. The whole process of ordering , being kept informed and the fitting was first class and definitely 5 star with Fenster .

Exceptional customer service from all staff we’ve been in contact with. We had a problem in our sun room which was resolved and done with the minimum fuss and disruption with the replacement of 2 frames. The fitters were brilliant and Nick who we dealt with was superb. Rang him on a Saturday and he was able to send out Matt another great guy the same day to assist us.

Excellent design process (we changed our mind multiple times!) and communication throughout. Had a problem with a bolt, which was fixed quickly and to a good standard.

Fenster originally came out to us and went through ideas, a couple of designs and all the options available to us. We settled and then changed our mind on a couple of things which was accommodated without question.

Installation was superb - quick and efficient and the final product looks great!!

Fenster Glazing have just fitted a new Front Door and side glass panels. Gary done an amazing first class job and would definitely recommend their service to others.

Highly recommend this company they are reliable, efficient and respectful when entering your home. The staff that I have had contact with both on the phone (Polly) and face to face ( Ben) are very polite and professional.

I was apprehensive about the installation but Fenster were superb from start to finish. The work was done very tidily and with great care. The new windows and door we had replaced look excellent and the finish is of an extremely high quality. I would highly recommend Fenster to anyone.

Have used Fenster 4 times now, for a front door and now almost all the windows in the house. We cannot reccomend highly enough, Nick has always been our point of contact and has made sure everything is excellent every time. The fitters are always fantastic also, this time it was Dave, who on both visits was brilliant, and extremely accommodating whilst working around our 6 month old baby. 5 star without question.

We had to replace every window and door in our house. It comprised nine windows, new composite front door, new uPVC back door and new patio door.

Of the five companies we sent our enquiry to, Adam at Fenster was the ONLY ONE to acknowledge the enquiry and he was the ONLY ONE who took the trouble to pick up the phone and clarify our requirements. Adam delivered the quote exactly as he said he would the following day.

We asked a number of questions about the installation and Adam answered every one thoroughly. He was also the only one to send us a computer visualisation of the finished job which was really helpful.

Ben (the surveyor) visited us as arranged and gave us a lot of help in finalising the design for the composite door and all the obscured glass items.

Polly at Head Office arranged the installation dates and the team turned up exactly as arranged. The installers, Andrew, Gary and Callum were all respectful of the property, laying dust sheets everywhere. They all worked extremely hard and we appreciated their keen attention to detail and excellent finishing. It was clear that all three of them took pride in their work.

The installers were all courteous, friendly and very helpful. After work they cleared everything away and vacuumed everywhere thoroughly.

The finished job looks amazing! Needless to say we won’t be going to anyone else for our next installation! This company have all been faultless and they fully deserve 5 Stars.
