Another great trip with FHT, against a background of continuing covid difficulties and ferry disruption. The organisation and communication from Kirsty was fantastic and speedy. We're already sorting out next year's booking!

We had an amazing time in Barcelona with some fantastic health and social care excursions. Kirsty was amazing at FHT travel and supported us to make our trip a success.

Satisfactory visit but could be better. Some elements could have been better organised - original timings and restaurant choices not given. One tour unable to occur at all even though we had tickets.
Needs to be better understanding of the needs for disabled guests and those with additional needs as this aspect was highly unsatisfactory.

Delayed trip due to COVID-19.

FHT went above and beyond to meet the needs for our group of adults with disabilities. Nothing was too much and extensive help and support was given.

Students enjoyed the trip in March. Kirsty was very helpful and supportive. Everything was very well organised. We will be definitely booking another one soon.

Excellent service throughout. Despite us being a bit of a pain during the planning stage, FHT were able to accommodate our needs with no fuss. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The trip went off without issue, everything was organised, and FHT was easy to get in touch with and fast responding for any queries. They were also on the other end of the phone straight away, as well as warning ahead of time, around not being able to pay in advance for where we went to, due to covid, and so that was sorted fast upon arrival. The travel company used was good, but the driver was toop pushy around stops, not allowing students a longer break around meal time on the way home, and was watching over us in the services to push us back to the coach. This was not appreciated, but otherwise he was a friendly and approachable driver.

The activities planned were of an excellent standard. However, the timings meant there was not enough time between the activities for refreshments etc. For example, we had very little time between the Florence Nightingale Museum, checking in to the hostel and arriving at the restaurant. As a result we were late for the restaurant and had to ask for the pudding to go so that we could get to the theatre on time.

The trip was excellent. Well organised by FHT with excellent friendly support. The hotel was ideal for our needs with good rooms, great views, lovely food and friendly staff. We have run a field trip to Sicily for many years with FHT and will continue to do so hopefully for many more years.

We had a really excellent field trip in Cyprus, with (as ever) high quality accommodation, seamless coach transfers, knowledgeable tour guides and helpful support throughout.

The trip went very well. All tickets were received in plenty of time and the accommodation was organised and suited the party. There was a good selection for breakfast and the visit to the museum was also very good. All students and staff were extremely positive about the experience and it has enhanced their learning programme and fostered initiative, resilience and confidence as well as team building. I would definitely do it again.

Staff at FHT, particularly Carole, who stepped in halfway through our planning stage, were brilliant. Very responsive and always provided accurate and timely advice. The fluid nature of Co-Vid restrictions presented challenges particularly with booking trips and events. The package was highly cost effective and provided all of our students with exactly what they needed to support their HE Course in Crime and Criminal Justice. The lessons learnt from ourselves would be not to book the pre-paid for evening meals as this restricted our ability to access better value. The Hard Rock Cafe was good quality, however the Tick Tock diner was less so. I would not recommend the use of that establishment for future trips as it became apparent that they could have made better use of the table for other guests. The menu was far too limited and the menu was only provided verbally with no written account. The staff insisted on bringing meals we had asked for a delay in serving and when the food arrived it was of a poor quality.
All of the trips were of a very high standard, and students were 'overwhelmed' by the experience. The Empire State Building, 9/11 Memorial and Ellis Island cruise were exceptional. The Hotel was of a good quality although serving breakfast in the basement/ conference room was less than ideal.
I look forward to returning to New York when hopefully we will be able to see other events not available due to lockdown restrictions.
Overall a highly enjoyable and memorable event and one which all students thoroughly valued.
We will be using the services of FHT for our future events and look forward to working closely with their exceptionally talented team.

A really great experience working with FHT. No nonsense, excellent customer service, excellent communication, great value for money, excellent organisation and accommodation was really suitable for our learners and location.

The staff were super helpful and flexible at a difficult time to book travel. Their prices are keen and in booking all our excursions took a lot of stress out of the trip. I have used them for nearly 10 years with 6th form groups and have found them always to be great.
