I am currently in the process of switching my Medicaid plan to HealthierLife from Fidelis Care. The information I received about the plan has been helpful and clear, and the representatives have been friendly when explaining the benefits and options available. I appreciate that the plan offers additional support services and care coordination for members. So far the experience has been positive, and I’m looking forward to joining the plan soon.

Total Nightmare I enroll Jan 2026 and still have not received and insurance card . I tried to use their site to print out one, but it just takes you in circles and you could ever sign in. And I stay on the phone waiting a few times for at least 45 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

Fidelis' website claims section does not show all of my claims. It also doesn't work completely in Chrome and Firefox on windows.

I called and sat through 10 minutes of navigating their phone system to speak with a representative. Within 30 seconds the rep hung up on me. They requested a call-back number "in case we get disconnected" but they never called back.

I had some discrepancies in my premium payment and I called the customer care to understand the issue. Firstly, getting to talk to someone at the customer care is a pain as the automated system keeps navigating you internally for hours. I lucked out one day and was speaking to someone who put me on hold for 45 minutes to check my details. She seemed very disinterested in talking to me and hung up the call for no reason! I still have no update on my plan. Fidelis Care is careless and insensitive!!
