ordered 2 items for a birthday.Wating, waiting, waiting !!!

Absolutely disgusting, had something ordered and was only given 24 hours to collect from impost! When I emailed to give them my new address I was told they would resend it out. This has been since February and I am now being ignored! Stay far away from this company as they will just take your money!!!

Delivery took 2 weeks and the product looks nothing like the image, awful quality with marks all over it. Genuinely disgraceful product to send out to a customer. AVOID!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! RUBBISH! My 4year old asked me everyday for 3 weeks (that’s how long it took to arrive) if her Rumi sword has arrived. When it did she was so excited, she put on her Rumi outfit and purple hair and swung the sword into the air (not even hitting anything) and it just broke into 3 pieces - mid air. She is still so upset. It cost me £19.99, this is the worst purchase of my 42 year old life. I feel robbed. I tried to stick it back together but as I did the other areas just broke into pieces. It is very cheaply made, 3D printed. SHAME on FIDGETCLUB for causing so much stress to sweet a 4year old girl! They would’ve known it would break straight away.

I ordered from these guys and after looking at the reviews, I immediately regretted it. I waited a week, like others, nothing. I emailed them, they did get back to me with an Evri tracking number.

It took 15 days, the order came as expected. However, the reason for the 3* is the false delivery expectations on their site. They mention Royal Mail, it came through Evri and was not in the 3-5 working days as expected.

Terrible, ordered some K pop dolls and they still haven't even been shipped now and we're a month later on.

Packaging not sufficient to protect product. It was for a present so not good enough. Delivery appalling ordered 30th January delivery today 12th February. Product good.

I initially placed my order without checking the reviews so I genuinely thought I got scammed. However my item arrived (even though it was late) and the products are very good quality.

The communication is slow and the delivery time is not correct what so ever but they did email eventually and sent a Yodel tracking number

Awful company, I have only just seen all the other reviews. Cant believe they are allow to trade.

As per previous review and 100 emails later, a parcel ordered for xmas has still not arrived 7 weeks later and the one like occasional reply to my emails guiding me back to tracking are a disgrace. fraudulent complany. Im taking it further through the consumer protection act and reversing charge through bank

This is a fraudulent and scam website; never shop here. Your order doesn't arrive, they don't issue refunds, and you can't reach anyone. How can such scammers be allowed in the UK?

Avoid at all costs - everything about this company is terrible.

I ordered a KPop Demon Hunter doll as a Christmas present on 19 December and it arrived on 7 January 2026 after numerous emails and requesting a phone number (which was never provided). When the item did finally arrived it was damaged and so I requested a refund which was not forthcoming - not even acknowledged in fact! Apparently a replacement has been sent but no sign of that yet and I am not holding my breath. Do not use this company!

Avoid! Definitely not a company based in uk as takes a few weeks to arrive. Ordered the K-pop doll set. Very poor quality. Heads fell off two within a couple of days and then an arm fell off the other. Very disappointed child. Did submit a review on their website but I see it’s not been posted, so they must filter out any not providing 5 stars.

Ordered a doll set, company website said 5 days/ working days to arrive, took over 2 weeks for them to arrive.

I messaged the company and their only response was "well it's there now".

Purchased a UFO for a Christmas gift, it took a long time to arrive and when it did get here it was very poor quality. The paint started flaking off as soon as you touched it and, while it did fly, none of the sensors worked so it just flew straight up to the ceiling and crashed.
I contacted the company but heard nothing back. Wish I’d looked at the reviews before purchasing as it was a waste of money.

Should be zero not one star. AVOID

Not original product but child like imitation worthy only of throwing in the bin. Products ship from abroad and returns only possible if you post to California!

I wish i had looked at the reviews beforehand. Ordered KPop demon hunter dolls and they didnt arrive. I emailed and used their contact page when it went beyond the promised delivery date but I didnt get any response. In the end I had to go to my bank who have refunded me. Have a look at their refunds policy. Basically theres no way that they are giving you a refund. Also, although the website says UK, the refunds policy states that you have to return it to the USA at your own expense.

Avoid!! Ordered well in advance of Christmas- came on 29th :( Think they are shipping from China. Product broken on the first day. Cheap, tacky quality. Awaiting for reply from company to get a refund.

1 because I can't give zero.long delay and product looks nothing like it does /should look on the website .absolutely a rip off tatty goods arrived shrink wrapped out of shape cheap shoddy rubbish

Placed an order on the website on the 14th of December, thinking that as the they claim to be a British run company and that they deliver with Royal Mail that the item would arrive before Christmas.

Well it didn't arrive as the item was actually being dropshipped from China, something that is not made clear on their website. So I ended up without a present for my niece on Christmas day. Now I'm left having to buy something else, and will probably be out of pocket on this order as it's hardly with the effort returning something halfway around the world.

Definitely would not use this site again, and I'm gutted that I didn't do more research on them before ordering.
