Excellent quality products and brilliant customer service
We have been with the team since Covid when shopping was difficult and we have had no major issues and the products they supply are always top quality. We have had 2 minor issues but a quick call to the customer service team has always quickly resolved our problems and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this company based on over 6 years of excellent service.

Everything I have ordered from Field and Flowers has always been high quality, meat, fish and Christmas boxes and everything without exception is delicious.I am thrilled to support farmers and fisherman from the West Country who produce such high quality food with high animal welfare standards.The delivery has always been on time and packaged well.
Any question or query that I have ever had is always been dealt with immediately with very helpful and courteous staff.

This is superb quality food
This is superb quality food, which comes from farmers working to provide sustainable and cruelty free real food. We have been fortunate to be able to order from F&F and feel confident in the husbandry of the animals . The supply of good meat and fish isn’t cheap of course, we eat less but better quality as far as we can. Customer service is prompt and helpful even when there has been occasional delivery issues with 3 rd party.

Best sausage rolls...ever!
My first box arrived as a gift from my sister (yes I have the best sister), following some recent health and medical tests.
I cannot fault any of the carefully selected items, which are all suitable for my restricted diet.
I have been a sausage roll fiend for over five decades, and the "bake at home" sausage rolls are the best I have ever tasted, by a country mile!

Exceptional quality and service...
We have been using Field & Flower on a regular basis now and found the quality of their products and their Customer Service exceptional. We particularly like the range of products available, all ethically sourced. The new range of Ready Meals are a favourite - just like homemade and so easy to cook.
I must not forget to mention the charming and helpful Customer Service girls - happy to answer any queries that arise with orders. Well packed chilled orders delivered quickly on the day chosen by the customer.
All in all Field & Flower are a real gem in the marketplace. 10/10

I have been subscribed with Field and Flower for a couple of years at least. The quality of the meat is amazing as it is their service. What I like it's that you can modify the contents of your box. I ordered also my Christmas dinner last year and I had so many compliments for the dinner.

Excellent customer service as well as high quality meat
I have been a Field and Flower customer for many years. The meat is consistently high quality and the customer service is second to none. There were problems with DPD delivering my latest order and Ellie and Stacey were very helpful, chasing up DPD, organising a replacement order for a couple of days time and then, when the order did finally turn up last night, saying that I could still have the replacement order, but for free.

My box was left outside my apartment…
My box was left outside my apartment block on a busy street, and the customer service team has the nerve of trying to blame me for it, stating that I put my safe place as outside the front door of my apartment. Yet in the delivery note i clearly stated, 'place at my door'.
I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Won't be back.

Many thanks for leaving this review. Sadly, I was expecting it after your box was delivered to the outside of your apartment block last Friday, and the driver was not able to take this to your flat door.
We are very sorry that this caused such inconvenience and distress. As soon as we were made aware of this situation, I contacted DPD and requested the driver go back to redeliver your parcel. The advisor at DPD asked us to contact you as the delivery instruction on the account said 'place at my front door' and they were after some more information as to how to gain access to the apartment block to take your parcel to your flat door. The reason they request this information is to make sure all goes well with the delivery, and give the driver as much information as possible, not to add blame. We believe the driver got confused with which door to leave the parcel at on this occasion, and sadly, left it at the front door of the main apartment block.
I am very sorry this caused you such distress. I tried to call you on two occasions to discuss this with you and resolve the situation, but unfortunaltely the line disconnected on both occasions. We have refunded the delivery fee and logged a complaint with our courier for you. I am sorry that you did not wish to resolve this issue, and, as requested, I have now passed your details to our IT Team to delete your account.
Many thanks for your support over the last three boxes. I am sorry that your last delivery was not a success.

A Great Company to Deal With!
I have never been disappointed with my orders from Field & Flower which always arrive on time. Their products are first class and the new ready meals are delicious and easy to cook. Much nicer than supermarket ready meals too! The choices on the website are amazing and the service is second to none. In fact, their customer service is the best I've come across. Delivery in hot weather
I have just received my normal meat delivery. It was extremely well packaged with lots of cool packs to keep everything nice and cold in this extremely hot weather 33c. It had to come up to Wirral so Field and Flower ensured the meat was well insulated against the heat.Well done Field and Flower

The team here at Field & Flower have all been up against it in this severe heat. We have been taking precaustions to try and make sure the temperature of all our boxes stay cool. We have used extra ice packs, our carcboard liners AND our silver liners. Therefore, I am extremely thrilled to hear that your order was well insulated and well packaged on arrival. It is great to know that our liners are doing their job!

Highly Recommend Field & Flower
We have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending F&F. The website works; we manage our subscription easily and the customer service has proven exceptional. Most importantly of all, EVERYTHING is ethical and completely delicious. Our favourite, above all others, is the Dry Cured Smoked Horseshoe Gammon. 4 hour slow braised beef ragu-with strozzapreti pasta
My goodness this was a freebie with my subscription order. It was totally delicious, I don’t usually buy ready meals because I don’t know the provenance of the meat but when they’re made by Field & Flower I can trust where the meat is sourced. You have to try this. I served it with some Parmesan & a side of steamed cavolo Nero.
