Had a webasto part installed by Robin. Great communication, informed advice and diligent service. Can't recommend enough.

Tom turned up when he said he would,slightly early in fact. He methodically tested and found the cause of the problem,now we're up and running again,literally cooking with gas!

Tom, the expert who installed my new stove, impressed me with his professionalism, expertise, and polite demeanor. He took the time to explain his work thoroughly and even identified and resolved an unnoticed gas issue. His meticulous attention to detail left my kitchen immaculate. I wholeheartedly recommend him with a 5-star rating for his exceptional service.

Communication was great, phone answered & calls returned, fixed problem but pointed out & advised errors in configuration clearly & what it meant technically in easy to understand language with no pressure to gain additional work, price was very fair & quality of work was excellent.

Contacted Tom and explained our heating problem. Arranged an appointment on the call which was a relief. On the day Robin arrived promptly, and he got to fixing the issues. He was very polite and knowledgeable and a great guy. He knew his stuff alright. He sorted everything. We now have a warm cosy boat, with hot water. These guys are great, and will definitely use them again. Fully recommend Figurehead boats for your boating needs. Thanks again.

Tom, the gentleman who fitted my new cooker is very professional , knowledgeable , and courteous. He explained and demonstrated all that he had done. He also pointed out a gas problem that I did not know that I had and fixed it. His workmanship is faultless , he is very tidy and left my kitchen spotless. Both Tom and Robin at Figurehead boats, are excellent at what they do, and friendly and helpful with it. They have done two jobs for us now, one to solve fumes in the engine bay and the other to replace a drive plate on the engine, and that job was performed on the coldest of days without any issue, or complaint. All of their work is to the highest of standards, and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable, and good guys all round. Happy to have back anytime. Thanks again!!!

After a considerable period of fighting to finding a Gas Registered engineer for BSS work, Tom from Figurehead was recommended to me. He has done the work quickly and to a great standard. Throughly recommended.

Figurehead Boat Co (Tom) fitted a Webasto diesel heater to my canal boat. His knowledge is second to none. It was fitted without any problems. To be honest my central heating system has never been more efficient. Thanks Tom.

Figurehead boat Co was recommended by a fellow boater to fit our new Thetford hob and Oven. I phoned Tom and we made a date and time for him to come and install our new appliances. He arrived at the time he said he would. Had a friendly helpful approach and we received a Gas safe certificate once he had completed the task and throughly checked our gas pipes etc. I'm so pleased that he was recommended and will certainly use his services in the future.
