Bought from them few times always great service

Terrible service, suit was decent but due to your customer service I will not be ordering again and would not recommend Filhaal to others. There is complete disregard for the customer and no point in reading their policy on cancellations as the company does not follow their own rules. I ordered an outfit for Eid. I accidentally ordered the wrong outfit and immediately requested a cancellation or if my order could be amended. The cancellation policy clearly states that as long as you make the request within 24 hours for ready to ship order this will be upheld. I did so within 15 minutes. I was later told it had to be within the hour for orders closer to Eid. Again I was still within this timeframe. Trusting the policy on the website, rather than waiting for the 1st cancellation to go through I placed another order for the correct suit but was later denied a refund for the first order. The team completely disregarded my request and failed to compensate me in any way. I was told to return the outfits and pay for returns and I would also not be compensated for the 2 separate shipping charges. My advise is don’t have a policy you can’t follow. I’ve ordered from so many companies and this has to be by far the worst. If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would give this company.

Returned two suits a month ago, no update on return no email about return being received. I reached out and they said they can’t find it, I sent them proof of sending it through post office and still they are of absolutely no help. Disgusting service, how am I being made to still pay for something that’s not in my possession anymore.

I just can’t get enough of their clothes only problem is they sell out so fast which is a disappointment, but nevertheless the collections are so unique and beautiful & well picked out.

Dispatch and delivery period took a very long time, almost three weeks!
Very disappointed when the item did finally arrive as it did not look anything like the images online and quality was very poor.
Refund process is long winded and confusing. They require you to email them to request a refund but they take several workings days to respond. They expect you to include the refund form but this is not provided in the package nor attached to their emails or available on their website. Overall, an unpleasant shopping experience with Filhaal
