I am very disappointed with the service of FilipinoVisa.com. I applied for a U.S. tourist visa with a sponsor, but they already knew that the chances of approval were very small. Instead of giving me advice or alternative options, they just filled out the DS-160 form without proper guidance.
Even though I paid for their assistance, I felt like I was left on my own to figure things out. The agency did not provide clear advice on what should be properly written in the DS-160, and when my application was denied, they did not even follow up or check on my case.
It feels like they only cared about the payment and not about the success of the client. Very poor service and not worth the money.

My wife and I worked with Filipino visa for three years. We had our share of negative situations but this is to be expected when the volume of clients is so high. However, the possitive outweighed the negative. They helped with the full process and remained in contact after my wife arrived in the United States. When I landed in Manila, on the 9th They pick me up at the airport and took me to the hotel room everything when smooth. The hotel was very nice. In the morning, June 10, they took me to do my physical and then to do my interview everything went smooth, and they were very helpful with any questions I had.

Hello, ang masasabi ko po is madaling kausap ang mga staff and Very accommodating sila. I recommend this Filipino visa Hindi po sila scam. Salamat sir Rainer sa iyong Pag assist at sa ibang staff.

The person I spoke with made this seem like a scam. Her only interest was me sending money. I ended up doing the paperwork myself and determined that it's less stressful and much more cheaper. I do want to thank the Filipino Visa representative for being so negative which made me do the paperwork myself. Others must realize that if you completed nineth grade you can do the paperwork yourself.
