Legit but unprofessional
Seems to be a legitimate vendor with professional experience. However, communication, timeline, business practices, and overall reliability are lacking.
I contracted this vendor for a job that would typically take 2-3 weeks, it ended up taking 6 months. emails went unanswered for weeks. Work was sloppy with mistakes that needed to be flagged and revised. Direct questions seemed to be avoided, omitted, unanswered.
In the end I was delivered a satisfactory product, but I missed my target delivery date and feel I wasted my time stuck in this process.
A couple of things worth flagging for anyone considering this seller. First, the work was solicited on one platform (fiverr) but the seller moved the conversation and payment off it to direct email and PayPal, which conveniently removes the buyer protections that the platform would have provided.
Second, the same operation appears under more than one business name, and none of the businesses actually provide a government-registered address or verifiable business certification. My point of contact never even gave a last name. So ask for verification of who you're actually dealing with and paying.
