How hard is it to find custom size filters?
How hard is it to find custom size HVAC filters??? Let me tell you, when you have an odd size, it is near impossible without spending hundreds of dollars!!! I had a really unusual custom size filter request. After reaching out to Mark to make sure they could do it, he assured me they could and so I went forward with my order. Once I got them, I could see how easily it would be to replace the inner filter with the outer frame. I placed them in my vents and they fit perfectly! I noticed a reduction in the dust that was coming through my HVAC almost immediately, no more flying fairy dust in the sunlight!! I am so happy I found a new home to get my weird sized custom filter frames and could not be happier with the excellent customer service! These folks are the real deal and I am happy to support a small American business! Thank you!!

Customer service great! Not able to complete a review on how well the filter performs at this time. I just installed the filter a week ago, so I will wait and see after 90 days.

Filters fit fine
Filters fit fine, but do not seem to catch any dust. After almost a month there is no visible dust caught in the filters.

Hey Alan, with our Poly Media filter being a depth loading filter, its designed to catch the dust/dirt throughout the filter and not face-loading like regular pleated filters. This allows much better air-flow to your system and your home. Some of our customers have been able to push their filter replacement program out longer because of our new design.

This company is great to ensure you can maintain your home. They send the filters every three months and provide the frame for the filters. So it makes the process literally on autopilot. It may be a little more expensive than the monthly ones from the store, but you never forget and the quality is a Class above.

Now that winter brisk cold is here, we are experiencing it with our heater which seems to be working great as well. We are happy with the results.
