I have a car in finance with Finance for you and have been trying to contact them two weeks now. I sent an email and letter in the post last week requesting that they contact me on receipt of both and still no communication from them regarding my query. I missed a payment a few months ago by two days because of an issue that was out of my control with my bank and got an email within two days stating my account was in arrears but when you need to speak with them it’s impossible. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

Great experience I had on the phone with Tom Fay! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone so patient. Got great help and advice in terms of trying to finance a new car. Honestly he’s a star!

Id give ZERO stars if I could.

Place is a scam, emails go un answered, phone calls from there number comes up as a warning as a potential Scam!

Asking weeks for my balance on my loan, they send a link that doesnt work, ask them to send a new one, they send the same link, I tell them it doest work for the secont time, tje send a third SAME link from the same email.

Place is a joke. No customer service, no response to anything. They tell you to ring, but number doesnt because it comes up as a Scam number on my phone. Says it all really.

They charged me one more installment after account was totally settled , i've sent 10 emails and they still haven't refunded me.

No answer, customer service is crap

I settled the car loan almost 2 months ago, they confirmed receipt but continued to take payment the following month. I then canceled the DD and now I am getting arrear notices and despite lots of phone calls and emails, I have still been provided with no resolution. It's a waste of time and very stressful. I want my money returned and have now to go through the FSPO. There response makes me laugh, I have phoned around 20 times and sent 11 emails to every address I have for them. But they can respond to a review.

Very poor customer service trying to sort my outstanding agreement and my new one for last 4 weeks you need to send 5/6 emails to get answer and when they answer I’m still non the wiser

The company was very helpful before i signed documents for loan, but afterwards im not able to contact them and all my queries stays with no answer

My brother passed away a month ago from cancer..

Since then I have been trying to contact this company to see what my options were since he has a car that's being financed by them.

No answer.
I wonder if they will call once his bank account is empty.

What use is an email if you don't respond to it.

Absolutely awful customer service , I’ve been trying for weeks/months to get a settlement statement nobody has returned an email or a call , I got through a few days ago and spoke to a woman , very rude and not helpful at all . I spoke with a man yesterday dom/don I think his name was he was wonderful couldn’t help me enough yesterday . I called back today as the issue still wasn’t resolved spoke to Michelle , (90 percent sure that who I spoke to on Tuesday also) was asking for help and again told to wait for an email back and then as I was speaking the call either dropped or she hung up,( if the call dropped you would imagine a call would be returned) can’t wait to be finished with this company !

They are pure con artists. High cost of the credit. That's not the problem if you poor and stuck for the car like me. However they are having the most tragic customer service ever. They have been charging me for 3 weeks after I have sent the settlement figure. No possibility to find out what's going on, emails only. No information about repayment of overcharged funds. Avoid, avoid, avoid and avoid again.
Edit: I emailed you 50 times, you are too busy to answer.

At first, finance for you were great. All went normal according to finance standards. Now that my vehicle is settled. An additional 3 installments have gone my account. I then sent a rude email to try attain a response. Finally after 3 week, someone called me assured me that my payment has been stopped and my refund will be rectified. I am now getting emails that my account is in arrears and I can get hold of them. This is such a waist of my time with huge frustration. Hopefully this bad review will get someone to call me...

Horrible, unscrupulous company.

Apply fee's without any kind of warning.
Increase fee prices without notification.
Automated emails threatening legal action for a missed direct debit are bordering on illegal in the day and age.

I have a few emails and records of this behaviour and will be making a complaint to The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman of these dodgy business practices.

Tried to close my car loan 1 year before the time, they tell me I have to pay 770€ penalty, to issue a settlement statement I was ask to pay €15 which I did, after 2 days they debited me another 15€ for the same statement. I tried also to refinance with them to avoid penalty they ask me 9000€ interest for just 60rate (5 years loan)

Great staff to deal with only issue I had was that it took quite a while for the funds to transfer other than that I have zero complaints

Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about the service I received from Andrew Manning. He was absolutely fantastic and made sure I left that place happy and smiling. After the initial experience I went through by another member of staff, I was glad Andrew was who ended up being the salesman for me and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have gotten a thing. He was patient, kind and faught tooth and nail for me to the very end. Honestly would go back again to buy something else just to receive that service again. More people like him need to be recognised for the work they do. He’s doing amazing and he’ll always be remembered as the person that sold me my first car 😊
