Spent a fair bit of time on phone…
Spent a fair bit of time on phone talking about what I needed. Then spent more time explaining again to someone else. Was put on hold 3 times in total only to be told that they had no times available to come and see me at all........

The response time from filling in the online form was prompt.
The person I spoke to was very helpful, he summed up my requirements and made me an appointment with a Financial Advisor which took place the following day.
I was informed of the advice which would be given and that the first consultation was free.
