I had a really positive experience dealing with the team at Fingo, particularly Veronica, Colleen, and Tam. Throughout the process they were responsive, professional, and very helpful in guiding me through a novated lease transfer, answering questions clearly and keeping me updated at every step.
Although I ultimately wasn’t able to proceed due to my employer choosing a different novated lease provider, the level of service and support I received from Fingo was excellent. Everything was handled efficiently and with genuine care.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fingo to anyone considering novated lease services.

Julie was amazing to work with throughout my novated lease process. She made what could have been a complicated setup feel simple and stress-free.

From explaining the structure and benefits clearly to keeping everything moving with the dealer and finance team, she was on top of every detail. Her communication was excellent — always quick to respond and proactive with updates, so I never had to chase anything.

What really stood out was how she made sure everything was aligned properly before settlement, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.

Overall, a smooth and seamless experience thanks to Julie. Highly recommend her to anyone considering a novated lease!

First time getting a Novated lease, but Gehan and Alistair made it all feel like a cake walk. The process was completed within a week’s time, without me having to follow up with them even once. They were both extremely pleasant to deal with, very quick in all their responses and had answers to all my questions. 100% would recommend.

Fingo was one of the companies my employer used for Novated Leases, after reaching out to both companies, Fingo was the one that responded the fastest and ultimately won my business. It all started with investigating a novated lease online, then Adam phoned me and in approximately 1 month later, I drove out of the dealership with a new car. Adam was very helpful with providing me with quotes, responding to messages, and ultimately organising the novated lease application. Any question or query was no trouble, Adam was friendly and informative and I recommend both Adam and Fingo to anyone looking for a novated lease.
