Полностью скам биржа. Сайт сделан по типу фишингового, рисуются нужные циферки. С 17.08.2025 и ранее полностью отсутствует возможностью вывода средств, просто не приходит смс на телефон, поддержка не отвечает!

My brother advocated Finrex to me, and I became skeptical in the beginning, not gonna lie. But after using it for approximately two months, I get the hype. Interface is slick, alternate execution is speedy, and I've had no trouble cashing out to my bank account. Even at some point of those loopy DOGE surges, it held up with out freezing. That's rare. Now I'm telling all and sundry to iterchange.😎

What I dig about Finrex is it really feels love it’s made through individuals who use it themselves. You can tell via the small matters — the way PnL is shown, the trading records format, how staking rewards are damaged down. It’s all sensible, nothing bloated. I mainly scalp and swing exchange, and this issue hasn’t let me down. Would love a browser extension even though. Maybe at some point. 🚀

On June 10, I purchased crypto worth $12,550 from Finrex. Strangely, the transaction was reversed on June 11, and my bank has confirmed the refund. I have the necessary documents to prove this. Since then, my Finrex account is restricted. It displays a negative balance, I cannot make trades, and I have no access to customer support. Adding to this, I received a warning for potential liquidation of my crypto holdings. This is immensely frustrating and I hope Finrex resolves it soon

When comparing it with Binance, The app refreshing speed lags far below industry standards. Pre-market data is completely absent and on numerous occasions trades have failed to execute due to persistent app malfunctions. Given the longevity of the trading app in question, it is astonishing to realize how little progress it has made in improving its reliability. Nevertheless the help desk is still astonishingly good, which alleviates the pain inflicted by the app.

I want to highlight that I have faced a lot of problems with this exchange. The most obvious issues include unacceptably high transfer limits, frequent technical issues with the app, and high service fees. I would not recommend this exchange to anyone.

My Finrex account is awaiting funds from a transfer my friend recently made, and it's been in a pending status for the last few days. Finrex asked me for documents supporting the transfer, but because the funds were sent by someone else, I only provided a screenshot of the transfer confirmation. Unfortunately, this did not help, and the funds are still not available in my wallet. This process has been exceedingly frustrating, as there is no clear guidance and the pace of resolution is slower than it should be. Please accelerate the resolution process of this matter because it is very important.

I sold some Bitcoin through my account on Finrex. At this moment, I am not able to withdraw this money to my linked bank account. They informed me that the transfer is temporarily hampered due to a security measure, but did not go further to clarify what the specific reasoning behind this measure is. Could someone elaborate on the issues that result in withdrawal restrictions? How long would it take before access is granted to the funds? The navigation and interface design are wonderful features. Nevertheless, the system experiences low stability and tends to freeze as well as become unresponsive quite often. At times, it may not even load through the mobile app or website. If you don't trade often, it may work for your needs. But, if trading or investing is your passion, there are much better alternatives available.

It needs to be more user-friendly. I would be grateful for a better list of assets on the platform, so I won't have to contact support to check what tokens and securities are accessible.

I transferred some crypto and was told it would take up to 36 hours. It’s been 6 days and my crypto still hasn’t arrived. It was a very stressful situation and a disappointing customer service experience.

I've used Finrex for a while, but I recently encountered some issues with depositing funds. Honestly, banks could learn a lot from Finrex. From the KYC process to customer support, they’ve set the bar way higher than what most banks are offering. What Finrex does should be the standard, not just for crypto platforms. I’m definitely sticking with them and telling my friends about it. Finrex is solid, but could use some tweaks. The platform is legit, and withdrawals are instant, but newbies might struggle without Google—there’s not enough info. That said, if you reach out to support, they’ll break everything down for you.
