Travelling with Fireflies is a new level of travelling for me. A lot of benefits. I will go to Zakynthos on summer this year and for accomodation we paid 1200 euros less than if I would pay by another portal. I like that I can use Fireflies for accomodation, plane tickets, fransfer etc on one portal.

I have been a traveller with Fireflies for 10 years. During this time, I have visited more than 30 countries and completed over 300 bookings. I love the portal because it offers competitive prices and booking guarantees. I will continue to use it in the future for both business
and leisure trips. The services offered are diverse, and the booking process is smooth and easy.

I just came back from my trip to Croatia. I booked a hotel through the fireflies.com. The airlines changed my flight hours so I had to book one more night. The custumer servive was very helpfull - I just send one letter to them and they contanted the hotel and asked them that I could stay in the same room without checking out and checking in again. Great service, nice people. I feel very safe when I travel with FireFlies.

Hotels are more expensive via FF than actual website. No customer service at all. Additional charges added without authorisation

We booked 3 days, 2 nights, half board for 2 adults and 1 child in Budapest in March, at the Hotel Aquaworld Resort on the Fireflies website. The price was more favorable than on the hotel's own portal! Fireflies' customer service was very precise and helpful in all questions, at any time of the day. Thank you Fireflies! We will only book on the Fireflies website from now on! We love the extremely favorable prices!

Great service for people who sell it... You can buy voucher package and the you realize that the prices overal are not better, BPO vouchers are totally bullshit, you can buy them to have most of them expired because they are almost unusable....

I’ve been booking my travels through fireflies.com for years now, and I’ve had many successful reservations. I'd like to share my experience from two trips I took last year. On both occasions, I used the travel packages that the company had pre-sold (bought 2 packags of €4,400), which saved me a significant amount of money.

In September, I went with my partner for a 4-day conference in Vienna, staying at the Eventhotel Pyramid. The original price was €680, but we paid only €509. Since the main criterion for choosing the hotel was its proximity to the conference venue, we were very satisfied with our choice. The room was adequate, and the breakfast was plentiful. The only downside was that the wellness pool was a bit on the cold side, but overall, considering the price, we felt it was great value for money.

During the summer, we visited the Maldives and stayed at the Jawakara Resort*****—a newly opened island resort from the previous year. It’s not a cheap destination, and the regular price was €13,560 for a promotional package. However, thanks to the fireflies.com offer, we paid only €4,480 for a 12-night stay. This one trip essentially paid for the cost of the entire package, even though we still have several products left that we’ll use for upcoming travels over the next 3 years.

In my opinion, the offers available on fireflies.com are fantastic, and while it might seem overwhelming at first, with a bit of time and practice, you can learn how to find the best deals. Unfortunately, this doesn’t always work out for everyone, as some earlier reviews on the same issue point out. I’m really sorry we didn’t cross paths, as I would have been happy to help them as well.

Od ponad roku korzystam z usług platformy FireFlies. Ponad 10 razy dokonywałam rezerwacji hoteli każdorazowo oszczędzając pieniądze. Korzystałam również z transferów, biletów na atrakcje turystyczne oraz Eat for Stay. Cenię sobie kompleksowość usług w jednym miejscu. Społeczność, która tworzą osoby z FireFlies jest dla mnie również wielką wartością. Obsługa klienta na najwyższym poziomie.

My disable aunt was approached by them, they said if you pay 3000 Euro for packages then we give you half of that back. The elderly lady paid, after it turned out that you get for example a hotel for the same price as it is on the website but they take 1 to 2 Euro out of your 3000 Euro package and the rest you pay from your own pocket. Takes you a life time to get rid of the vouchers and you need plenty of money to cover a bigger part of the voucher from your own money. A total scam. When I approached my rep they said - Ahh we made only a one off commission from you because you don't want to build a structure. Impossible to get money back. Many hotels are not even included on the website. When I send an email on behalf of my aunt to FF(nobody answers the phone) they said its my problem because my aunt has signed the agreement. In the UK she is declared as a disabled elderly lady. Watch out, they promise you mountains to get your money. After, nobody cares and you keep investing.

Scam, they promised money back once you join but nothing. Hotels are not cheaper through them. When I complained that their reps made false promises they said sue the reps, nothing to do with us. No phone line to ring. I lost 5000 euro, never get it back. Watch out scam.

Wenn man genau dieselben Daten vergleicht, stellt man schnell fest, dass es sich nicht um einen Discount-Verkauf handelt, sondern dass die Preise oft höher sind als auf vielen anderen Portalen.
Die Reisen werden häufig einfach bei Booking gekauft, genau wie von jedem anderen Kunden.
Sie verdienen enorme Summen mit dem Verkauf von VIP-Paketen, nutzen dabei aber lediglich die Leichtgläubigkeit der Kunden sowie die sprachlichen Defizite in der osteuropäischen Region aus. Und ich habe bemerkt, dass die positiven Bewertungen meistens von ihren Subunternehmern verfasst werden! Ich habe die Verbraucherzentrale informiert und darum gebeten, dieses Unternehmen zu untersuchen.
