The crystals are beautiful, offering great value and service—highly recommended!

Helen is an exceptional lady, she knows what she’s talking about and very informative for those new to the witching world. Anything you could need is here, it’s my favourite place to go, whether I’m shopping or just stopping by for a good catch up on the week. 10/10 would shop again.

Kind and helpful staff, always willing to offer advise on what you are buying. The widest range of crystals and pagan items I've seen! I've had my cards read here, had piercings here, bought crystals, incense, statues and jewellery and never had any problems at all! Highly recommended and trusted!

Found Firefly Shiny Shop via a Google search whilst looking for Christmas presents found what I wanted and placed the order all was so easy, I emailed the seller to get a rough idea of delivery times and she was awesome we corresponded a few times and parcel arrived very quickly and very well packaged, haven't opened all up as not been possible but it looks very well protected. All in all a really lovely shopping experience and will definitely be buying from them again.

This shop is amazing. They have provided me a small job while in education and have helped me feel better about myself and help me when I needed it most. The shop is lovely many crystals (most likely more to come 😉) the clothes are comfy and stylish, there is a witchy room and many biking bracelets, statues and much more things that you should really see first hand. Xx

I absolutely love this shop, only ever ordered from a far and the help advice and service is impeccable the lady who owns the shop, Helen is lovely, so helpful and friendly. The products are always beautiful, great products, great quality and great prices. The delivery is exceptional, so speedy I often wander if they arrive by magic!

This is a unique and amazing business....I have been a marketer for many decades here in the U.S. and I am really impressed by this business...great quality and good customer respect....unusual in this day and age!

Firefly is a hidden treasure trove. I took my daughters here today as we are home educating and wanted to learn about money while buying something special. We spent at least an hour here. Helen took time to engage my girls and taught them all about her owls, crystal formation, how to use a quill and helped them work out money when it came time to pay. A beautiful human who went above and beyond for them. they didn't want to leave! The shop itself is wonderful and has a huge range of crystals, incense, dream catchers, witchy supplies and other unusual goodies. I bought a dream catcher which is well made and really reasonably priced. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

Beautiful shop lots of crystals from tumbles to rare pieces , the owner helen is very knowledgable she knows her stuff, there’s a healing room witchy room and Jamie’s room upstairs jamie sells Viking stuff clothes bags but if everything, there’d also a good range of incense sticks essential oils holders and burners , it’s the most peaceful shop in Wrexham

A gorgeous shop. A real amazing gem of a shop, Very helpful and lovely people, willing help you if you can’t find what you are looking for. If your a magpie like me you will be spoilt for choice.

Firefly are the most welcoming and friendly people you will ever meet. Gives great hugs and genuine from the heart advice.They will help you on your spiritual journey a very good witchy room along with books or some nice smelling incense if that’s what you want brilliant range of crystals and jewellery along with cool statues(dragons,Vikings etc) a very welcoming place.
