Great service! Works as advertised! Fractionally cheaper than all of the competitors. If you can program a bit, or in the modern age of LLM, there is no reason to be a prisoner to Docusign or Pandadoc or other similar predatory services when a perfectly capable and amazingly priced solution like Firma.dev exists.

I've already migrated one large company over and the numbers don't lie: Pandadoc was going to cost upwards of $14,000 for the next year of service. The same quantity of service from Firma.dev was estimated to cost ~$100.

Think about that for a second. The next best competitor was quoting us over $5000.

On the high end, we're saving nearly the entire $14,000. On the low end, we're still saving almost $5000. That is just over a single year, and this isn't even some massive conglomerate, just a company operating in a half a dozen states.

It doesn't make sense to pay exponentially more. Firma.dev is 50x cheaper than their nearest competitor, and 140x cheaper than the service we were already paying for.

Switch over, you wont regret it.

On a quitté Yousign pour Firma.dev et on ne reviendra pas en arrière. L'intégration dans notre CRM a été ultra rapide grâce à une API très bien pensée. Résultat : un coût divisé par 50 pour une valeur juridique identique et une conformité eIDAS totale. Une évidence pour n'importe quel éditeur de logiciel qui veut optimiser ses coûts de signature électronique.

API bien pensée, intégration rapide, simple et surtout Firma.dev permet une intégration en marque blanche. Cela permet d’ajouter une fonctionnalité de signature électronique directement dans un SaaS tout en conservant une identité produit forte.

I run a free toolkit for independent musicians at BigBadBird, including a split sheet generator that needs e-signatures on every document. At $2-3 per envelope from DocuSign or HelloSign, the tool wouldn't have existed. Firma's pricing is the only reason I can offer this for free with no signup, no paywall, no per-user limits. Beyond price, the API is genuinely well-designed. I built the entire integration in one session. Create envelope, send, get users, receive webhooks, no OAuth dance, no mandatory frontend widget, no SDK weirdness. Webhooks come HMAC-signed which is table stakes for security but some bigger competitors still don't offer it. Per-signer signing links meant I could control distribution through own branded emails instead of being forced into Firma's email flow. If you're building something where free or low-cost e-signing is core to the product working at all, Firma is the obvious pick.
