I did a First Aid training course from the 13/07/26-15/07/26.

The trainers were really helpful and made me feel at ease
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Completed my level 2 Mental Health First Aid with NEAS. Once again a great course with great teaching staff. Peter and Andy are the best. I would give NEAS 10 out of 10.I look forward to returning to NEAS in the future.

Andy was fantastic with great real world stories. He was happy to answer any questions and when any of us seemed to struggle he was subtle in his support. Although I’ve done first aid before this was light years ahead of what I’ve done. Cheers Andy

Andy was very friendly and professional, met on arrival on day 1.
Everything was thoroughly explained and care was given ensuring you felt comfortable.
Andy telling stories and making it more relatable helped to retain the knowledge.

On the email prior to arriving, I think it would be good to add the post code as there is another site in Team Valley.

The experience was very informative and enjoyable. Andy is a great trainer and gives his trainees great confidence in their capabilities. The information and pacing of the course was ideal for a first time first aid leaner.

Attended my FREC 3 Course on the 09/02/26 with NEAS. The course was well presented and the equipment and scenarios made it realistic.

The course staff were amazing and they had the experience to back up what they were teaching us. I would definitely recommend the North East Ambulance Service for anyone considering doing their FREC.

A great course , FREC3, the training team at NEAS brought their experience and knowledge, together with some great humour and laughs. Was really good throughout , pace was just right with some good scenarios .. cant wait for FREC4 ..hoping its coming 🤞

The FREC 3 course I attended last week was an amazing learning experience, and the instructors were brilliant throughout. They had a fantastic rapport with all the students, created a supportive atmosphere, and made the learning genuinely enjoyable. Phil and Pate were our instructors, the knowledge they shared was incredible.
