We used First Charter for our daughter’s wedding in Temecula. Though I never even glimpsed the busses, my sisters commented on how nice their particular driver was and they were surprised at the skill they had driving on the windy roads. It was a very hot day, however, and if there was any air conditioning, it was minimal. I didn’t think about that when renting, but I would still give them an excellent review.

We were sooooo very happy with Justin and Maria, They were so assuring to us with where the buses would pick up our guest and so helpful with our timeline.

We would absolutely use your bus service again and spread the word.

I really appreciate Michael He arrived before time and phoned me while I was still on the train. It was a party of 36 women and children with bags and strollers. Mr. Michael assistance towards us was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure our trip was successful. I really appreciate you and we will use your services again

As the mother of the bride I was very happy with the transportation. I had so many other things on my mind I felt very good not having to worry about our guests getting to the venue.

Great service. Bus drivers were nice. Kiddos lost some stuff (they are middle schoolers after all LOL) and drivers were great about letting us know and setting up getting the items back. Looking forward to using again, if only the corporate office would respond to my latest inquiry!!

After we got a quote from another company we've used in the past, I'm glad we decided to reach out to First Charter for comparison. Can't wait to use you guys again!
One small suggestion would be to reach out maybe the week of the event to confirm the details. Not hearing anything at all made me second-guess our reservation for a moment.
