This was a very good service and our driver was excellent. We will use again.

Our drivers were on time, courteous, and professional in transporting us to our destination. The quote we received was affordable, accurate; and the time estimations were spot on.

Do not use this service. We booked them for our wedding to drive guests from our reception. No one showed up. No one made any contact attempts.

We called both numbers provided over 8 times, left messages, and no one answered, returned our calls, or emails. We did receive a refund days later, but it was an incredibly embarrassing experience.

It’s not worth the risk of leaving your guests to call uber/lyfts at the last minute. Book elsewhere or if you choose to book with them, make sure you get very clear confirmation and the drivers cell phone in advance.

The buses were clean and suited our needs to a tee. We had 3 charters in 5 days and all 3 exceeded our expectations. Drivers were very knowledgeable and flexible. On our way to one of our destination, we needed to stop at a CVS to pick up water. They were able to accommodate our request in a very cooperative manner. Our stay was in New Orleans in the French Quarter. Since the buses were slightly smaller, they were allowed to drive in the narrow streets and dropped us off at our hotel instead of 2 blocks away. We certainly chose the right company.

From the reservation process through the event, everyone was so kind and helpful. It was a thorough process to set the itinerary and the staff who helped arrange our trip were outstanding. They were prompt to answer questions, prompt to pick us up and always had a smile to greet us. This is a truly professional organization which is focused totally on the customer in an era where service is lost in many businesses. From the booking process till the end of the trip, everything was efficient, enjoyable, and professional. The shining star of the experience was our driver Ms. Ciera! Couldn't have asked for a friendlier ride from start to finish! Highly recommend!

The drivers of the five buses we had were wonderful; however -
the company sent us 4 full sized buses and 1 handicap bus even though we had cancelled the handicap bus and requested a full sized bus in its place. Additionally, our stated pick up time in our contract was depart by 12 noon. The first three buses arrived between 10-15 minutes late and the last two buses arrived 25 minutes late. After repeated calls to the bus company, I was told that the paperwork said pickup was at 12:30 - directly contradicting the contract I had in my hand. This was in New Orleans on a 90+ degree day with high humidity and involved women 40 years old through 80+ standing outside waiting on these buses. Not acceptable.

Bus was clean and driver was on time for departure and return trip to campus. Very engaging, professional and resourceful conversations with driver. I will utilize this service again in the near future. Thanks.

I dont actually know because I was not on the bus, but it arrived on time, took my guests from point a to point b and noone had anything negative to say.

Everything was good, the busses did wait to leave for about 20 minutes once everyone was on them, which was not ideal
