Our driver Carrie was amazing and went above and beyond for our special day. Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and she was so patient with our intoxicated guests at the end of the evening. She even went beyond the call of duty and picked up the groom and groomsmen early and stopped to they could pick up ice.

First Student did a great job. Barb was very nice and all the guests said she was polite. She had to navigate country roads and drop guests at 3 different hotel locations. Barb did that in a timely manner. Thank you.

Our Driver on the way out to our destination was wonderful. She was accommodating and polite. We were travelling with a group of kids right out of school and it was nice that she was flexible when school buses missed dropping a couple of our kids where they were supposed to be for us to pick up.

On the way back, our driver fit the stereotype of bus driver. She was polite but did seem annoyed when I asked for a rest stop as the drive was several hours long, and well, kids. I do appreciate that she arrived early, but that meant a long wait for her as we had set our pick up time to work with the schedule at the camp we were visiting. That caused her day to be longer and I know that since it was a Sunday that was likely an inconvenience. Overall, being that the school buses we rode on were much less expensive than any other type of charter bus I appreciated the convenience.

We were planning to hire a limo bus for our sons wedding, but heard about First Charter Bus Rental and were super excited, especially as we had a number of family and friends from the UK. Courtney our driver was excellent on all counts, being there early, really friendly and did an awesome job all evening. Also the price was really reasonable and allowed our guests staying at the hotel to be able to enjoy the wedding. We would totally use First Charter again and recommend them to others.
