Our driver Cheryl was excellent. I knew from the moment I spoke to her that all of our guests would be in good hands. She was very professional. She was very courteous to all of the guest and everyone gave her great reviews. I would work with her again in a minute. I would recommend this company they were very professional and got back to me with my request for a bus rental for my son’s wedding.Dependable and reliable bus company. Our bus driver Nick was incredible! He called before hand to make sure all the details were correct and made sure we had his number incase we needed anything before the trip. He then was fantastic with our little ones who were more excited about the bus than anything else!

First Charter did an excellent job transporting my guests from the hotel to my wedding. Our driver, Charlie, communicated well with me and was timely in making his trips back and forth from the hotel to the event.

The bus driver would not stop calling me when i told him I was the groom and where to park at the venue and to drive people. He left an hour early and people didnt even know the bus was available because he would not park where people could see. I could have ordered ubers for cheaper since noone took the bus and ended up ubering themselves due to this. Would never use this service again

We had a blast on our bus ride with Lamar! He was very accommodating, we felt 100% safe during the whole trip, and he even allowed us to play music during the ride. Booking was affordable and easy, the representatives did a great job accommodating our trip even though we booked with late notice.

Our bus driver was great - very polite and helpful to all of our guests. The only issue was that he took a very circuitous route so the ride was longer than expected. This may have been due to bridge heights - just don't know.The bus was clean and comfortable.

Service was on time and our driver, Charlie, was very professional. I appreciated him calling ahead of time to confirm we were all on the same page.

Received a call thursday from one of the bus drivers (we had two for our wedding Saturday) to confirm the details on our contract as well as the timeline and drop off locations. Busses arrived twenty minutes late to our ceremony because they had not mapped/tested the route and attempted to go a way that had a low bridge. This caused the ceremony to start thirty minutes late. This is especially frustrating because the very short ceremony (fifteen minutes) would have beat the rain had the busses been on time. We had a shuttle scheduled to leave the venue at 8:30 - the bus did not show up. And only after repeatedly calling the numbers on the contract, and after finding the call logs while saying goodbye to guests were we able to get the bus drivers back to take our (very wet) guests home.

Our driver Christine was very polite and accommodating. Would definitely use First Student again.
