First Charter Bus Rental / First Student made it easy to charter the experience for us, even under less than ideal circumstances. Our driver was prompt, friendly and flexible while we adjusted our schedule to fit sudden needs. The customer service and billing departments were also very helpful in making the experience smooth for us. Transportation went from being a source of anxiety to a source of relief thanks to First Student.

Dale was right on time, got us where we needed to be, navigated the narrow city streets without difficulty and was flexible in minor schedule changes and parking and pick up locations. Thanks again.

At my reception, my DJ made an announcement at 9:14pm that the last bus was leaving. Unsure of where he got this information as my two bus pick ups at end of reception was 1030pm and 11pm. My mom went to the bus driver who had told the DJ and the bus driver got rude with my mom and told her to read the contract. She then asked him to continue reading because 1030 and 11 were the correct times. By this time guests were on the bus. Mind you my reception started at 6 and was over at 11. Between the communication between the DJ and bus driver, my reception was cleared out by 10-1030 and not at the end time. I cried half of my reception over your bus driver reporting inaccurate pick up times to the DJ therefore clearing out my reception because I had multiple guests tell me how worried they were they would miss the bus. My hotel lobby was filled with guests wondering where we were and I explained that we in fact took the last bus and they said they had been at the hotel well over an hour and were back by 10-1030. I couldn’t be more disappointed in my experience.

The booking process has become difficult and takes several phone calls. I had to reach out 3 times and still wasn't confident that a bus would arrive. The cost is very high and I expected good service. The bus driver was48 minutes late which cut our time on the field trip in half. This experience was horrendous.

Brian was an excellent driver, on time, and even scooped out the remote location for us to ensure that we arrived on time and in the right place.
